I am a part-time parent to my 21y ear old stepdaughter, a special blessing in my life. I like physical activity. I run a bit, but mostly walk for exercise I like biking, hiking, kayaking, roller blading and just generally being out there in nature.( I especially like kayaking!!) I have a couple of small dogs and turtles and fish in my pond. I enjoy reading and music (from Mozart to bluegrass) and I'm a skilled photographer. I like volunteering. I tutor at the Boys &Girls Club, I am a Ropes Course leader and a mentor. But it's not all fun and games - it seems like a lot of time goes to housework and yardwork! I imagine my friends might describe me as patient, honest, empathic and energetic. I can embarrass myself in several languages, and enjoy words and word play. I am easygoing, accepting and good at expressing my feelings ( though I embarrass my step-daughter when I weep in the movies!!) When it comes to the more "personal", I am a big fan of hugging and snuggling and I just love to kiss!
