Date a man from Fullerton, United States. I am religiously going to the gym every Saturday for both my physical as well as my mental health. Yoga has been a great help in staying flexible and keeping up with the younger kids on the field of battle (basketball court).
The camaraderie with my fellow weekend warriors, as well as the endorphin rush from
working up a sweat is exhilarating. Still, outdoor tennis is currently my passion (the gym is "work" and a necessary evil).
My No. 2 son still lives with me since he is going to college while working part time. He is completely independent and helps out a lot with the upkeep of the house. No. 1 son just moved out and it is starting to feel like an empty nest around here....could definitely use a woman's presence.
My photos are recent and one thing I have noticed thru scouring the
plethora of women's photos on Match.com, those of us who are exercising regularly, look young
and probably feel young in comparison to our more sedentary contemporaries.
After finding myself suddenly single after 20 plus years of marriage, my current goal is to find a female
companion/ partner to share my new life with. I seek a woman who has refined her craft over the
years and has become beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside. Someone with similar interests
would be great. I'm open to a lot of new ideas to shake/ spice things up a bit .
Having studied several languages and traveled the world extensively, I feel I am somewhat unique due
to my Japanese/ French/ Spanish language ability and understanding of many cultures
in this big, wide world of ours. I have a few admirers of my dry wit/
sense of humor...however, it seems only native speakers of English seem to get it.
I still like classic rock from the 70's to 90's, but can also appreciate easy
listening/ jazz/ and classical music. No thumb twanging (country)music for me, sorry.
Meet someone special from Fullerton, United States. I like and am inspired by people in general. However, I am kind-of a loner and am CURRENTLY mostly just interesting in correspondence through email unless something possibly worthwhile seems to develop. While I have no picture on Facebook - you might be able to locate a desription of me in my profile. Brad Anderson in Fullerton. I am a drummer. I had a 4.0 G.P.A. at Fullerton College and received the Amy Stump Award in 1992 after having declared my Major to be Sociology. I am not very Religious at all but I would not hold someones nonsensical beliefs against them. Ha-ha-He-He and Ho-Ho. I better stop now before I begin unintentionally to offend the great female multitudes bound to adhere to my every word with insatiable desire.
Date men and women from Fullerton, United States. Seeking someone who is equally always willing to be wrong and who loves to be surprised. Someone who'd rather walk hand in hand on the beach than kill herself working 60 hours a week to afford possessions that only end up possessing her.
I have been divorced 12 years, and decided to give my daughters my undivided attention, raising them a single Father. I knew I'd not remarry until I'd given them all they needed to discover who they were born to be. Now they are grown, and are truly amazing women.
So, here I am...Single, contented, at peace, and open...
Thanks for taking the time to visit me here, and I'd love to hear from you if a chord is struck.
Happy 2012!!!

I’m 61 (take it or leave it!), but look, feel, and live the life of, a younger man. Highly educated, strong background, promising career, caring parent, lover of music and culture. I am also someone who has experienced a couple of decades of some not-so-comfortable stuff - with family and in career. But recovery can happen, and better lives can be found. I can tell you that with some assurance, as I have experienced it personally. For several years now.
I like pretty much all the standard stuff everyone on Match likes (or claims to): nature, beach, camping, trees, mountains, music, cuddling, travel, romantic evenings, etc. I also have other likes that may be more revealing: canoes, piano (especially Chopin and Liszt), stars and night sky, shoveling snow, building gadgets and gizmos for around the house, old movies, quality time with my daughter, -- ok, that’s enough for now.
I’m looking for friendships first. Time to spend days or evenings together - or perhaps both - discovering favorite places to go and things to do. And then, when it feels right, I’m looking for ... ... (well ... you can just refer to the above). By the way, if you like that poem, I can play it for you- set to music by Schubert and sung by Janet Baker. It’s pretty strong stuff! All you have to do is get to know me.
Date a man from Fullerton, United States. I'm a mid-western transplant although I've lived here since high school. I enjoy the water so I go to the beach often. I spent many years in the restaurant business so I learned how to cook. I went back to college to change courses and got an additional degree in a different field and ended up in the contracting/construction business for many years, (OK, no one else would hire me). Now I'm starting a new venture and am in outside sales with a rapidly expanding company new here in California. I love it!!
I stay in good shape and like to bike ride, (Always up for a bike ride on the boardwalk), golf, and snow ski. I also enjoy anything to do with water, swim, dive, boogie board, you name it, I'm there. I've had season tickets for the Civic Light Opera for years. Like to travel and eat out.......well, (who doesn't?), and enjoy spending time with intelligent, worldly, experienced or interesting people. Family is important to me and I spend time with mine. I miss the traveling I did when I was younger and plan to do more in the future.
I recently got duped into a 100 mile Palm Springs bike race by my insane bike riding cousin in February. Hence the photo. Didn't know they have these nearly every weekend all over the country. Just found out a different cousin who owns a kickboxing gym in Seattle takes her clients on the annual Seattle to Portland ride every year. Yikes!
I'm searching for an intelligent, affectionate women who can carry on a good conversation. An extroverted personality, laughter and a pretty smile always helps. I melt when I see an elderly couple walking down the street arm in arm.
Meet single man from United States. Is this poem meant for you?
Neruda writes...
When you go through the streets
no one recognizes you.
No one sees your crystal crown, no one looks
at the carpet of red gold
that you tread as you pass,
the nonexistent carpet.
And when you appear
all the rivers sound
in my body, bells
shake the sky,
and a hymn fills the world.
Only you and I,
only you and I, my love,
listen to it.
I am Italian-American, emotionally open, enjoy my work teaching Comparative Religions at universities. The mystical, contemplative, and depth psychological dimensions of religion and spirituality fascinate me. One of the favorite aspects of my teaching work is to invite students to meditative experiences and to hear their delight to discover the silent music of the Beyond within.
Let's find a hole-in-the-wall joint to meet and dine lavishly and laugh, finding perhaps some deep connection that transcends the daily round. Perhaps recognizing something in each other that we have never fully seen before, but have been longing for.

In an elementary school art class this morning, children are drawing pictures of whatever they want. A visiting educator, walking around the classroom, spies a drawing of one little girl-- a truly remarkable drawing.
“My, what an interesting picture,” she says, bending toward the illustration. “What exactly are you drawing?”
The little girl looks up and, frowning at the lady, says, “God”-- and goes back to her drawing.
The visitor chuckles softly to herself. “My dear, you know that no one knows what God looks like!”
The girl just continues drawing. “They will when I’m finished.”
