Yoga practice has been a big part of my life for the last three years. It's helped me to travel inward whereas before I was always traveling outward...to climb, to ride, to photograph, or just to be away. I think I may be finding balance now :) I guess what I mean is, I can now just sit and enjoy cocktails with my friends rather than feeling like there's some canyon I haven't explored and running off every weekend to go have some adventure. And, no, that doesn't mean I turned into a couch potato!
Who are you? Someone real, down to earth, maybe your emotions end up on your sleeve every so often, sincere, caring, easygoing, loving and healthy. You don't need to do the things I do. All I ask is that you be you. I don't have a laundry list of things that you must satisfy. Well, maybe a little one...be female, don't be a crack addict, want a man in your life....lol. Well, here it goes. I am trying this out as a suggestion from friends. I am a very dedicated single dad with two wonderful kids. I enjoy doing things with them, taking them to their practicesgames, etc. But, I've been told that I need to start living life for me, too.
"Bragging" about myself is not one of my strong characteristics, so this is a bit of a challenge. I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh. I am easy on the eyes and try to keep in shape by going to the gym 5 times a week.
