Can be like a Bull in a China Shop sometimes and I do like playing in the yard with the dogs or sitting by a campfire roasting marshmallows or Hot Dogs.
I like going for walks and talking along the way or just going for a ride in the Truck and chatting there as well.
Window shopping can be fun and I want to travel to Europe and see the sights there and soak it all in....History is cool.
I like riding the ATV in the Woods or fishing on the Lake and the fun and solitude that it can bring.
Holding hands and sharing your life with someone else is what it is all about and that is what I am looking for. Not a workaholic or someone that is to wrapped up into themselves to want to share with someone else.
All I want to do is find someone with the same basic interests that is willing to meet half way on things and spend as much quality time doing stuff in the same room as I am in doing whatever we decide is the thing that we want to do at that particular time.
I want to be able to wrap ourselves around each other and live happy and content.
OK the best part is that I am not a Serial Killer....I don't live in my Mothers Basement and I don't hear voices in the middle of the night and I DO NOT run a seedy Motel so you are safe....Also I am not first generation in my family to walk upright so I am further up the evolutionary ladder that most :-)
I have a Job and a House and I love Dogs and Puppies and most important I know what soap and water are used for and use it regularly....And I can cook.
As much as I like the dogs they are not much for conversation and as far as Dinner goes they want to eat mine for me so there is no great joy in that but they do keep the bed more or less warm late at night.
I have a good sense of humor I am polite and I do clean up nice when need be and I am housebroken too....And on top of cooking I can Bake too :-) In a nutshell I don't need a Mother I can cook and do my own laundry but what I do want is a friend So if a potentially roguish Captain Jack Sparrow type in any way appeals to your senses then by all means write back.
UPDATE: If you have hated Men since you were 12 years old or not really wanting a relationship then please by all means don't waste my time...A relationship requires work and commitment and if your heart isn't into it then don't involve me my time is precious and I want to share it with someone that wants it long term....Thank You.

Like a lot of people, I just cant get into the bar scene to meet people. I like to fish, go to movies, watch TV shows that are funny. I come from a large family and still stay in contact with them. I was raised in Missouri in a small town and still miss the country air, cattle and smell of fresh cut hay. I do enjoy the summers here in Alaska, but have to admit that the winters and darkness can get pretty tedious at times. I have been here in Fairbanks since 1999 and may or may not spend the rest of my time here.
I would like to travel more than I do. I like Colorado mountains, Las Vegas, and Arizona. I want to go to Mexico, Hawaii (been there once) and would like to travel to somewhere like Australia, Phillipines, Japan.
