I am a classically trained chef who does not cook professionally anymore. I had been in the wine business for the last 6 years, and left my job and Denver to start a new career in Durango. I love to ski, cook, drink wine, golf and am up to trying some new hobbies. I'm very laid back and easy going and do not get offended easily.
