I like to mtn.bike, dirt bike, hike, walk, snowboard and just be outside. I work 6 days a week and free time is limited to mornings/early afternoon and Mondays. I eat well and take care of myself. Doesn't have to be fancy but rather wholesome and balanced. Lately I've gotten into Karate and XC skiing. I enjoy most physical activities but also appreciate quility quiet "chill" time to soak, stretch and snuggle.
