Since my retirement a year ago, being back in my home state of Southern California, has led to rediscover my home turf. I enjoy good movies (please no animation lovers) and love to walk around my lovely neighborhood. I love finding a cozy breakfast diner and reading the morning newspaper with a good cup of coffee. I've had the good fortune of having a job that placed me in some of the most interesting cities in the world -- Port-au-Prince, Barcelona and Johannesburg to name just a few. I have found time to volunteer at a food bank center which I have found very satisfying to help neighbors in crisis.
At this time, I am ready to move into the next chapter of my life, that of finding the right guy with a good sense of humor to share the simple pleasures of life.
