Inside: spacious yet cozy ambiance; bright and airy; nice exposures - gourmet kitchen facing east to catch the morning sun; bedrooms facing west to warm up the nights. Roomy attic that has been taken care of over the years, packed mostly with relics and a little junk. Bay windows with seats that open up to store comfy blankets, books, some board games, a few DVD's, a deck of cards, a map, long matches, marshmallows, and a cork screw.
Two delightful add-on's that relocated. Open to remodeling; moving to a new climate not so much.
I generally enjoy great weather and a sunny outlook. VERY occasional and MILD storm fronts headed off by a trip to Maui lol.
