I was born and raised in Southern California and love it. I like to laugh and smile and am a pretty easy going person. I enjoy just about everything...at least once...but most of all enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am very close to my family and do spend a lot of time doing things with my kids. I am looking for someone who is comfortable with their own life, takes each day as it comes, doesn't let the daily things bring them down, and is honest and open.

-I am of German, Swedish, and Irish decent. This means I have a tendency to say exactly how I feel and comment on what I see. This does not mean that I am opinionated because I really like it when people bring different views to a situation and see things in a different light.
-I love to wear high heals and that means on an average day I will be between 5'10 and 6' tall. I don't dress like a frumpy teacher and don't own shirts with silly sayings, the ABC's, or anything else up that alley. I love to look professional and also a great pair of jeans.
-I tend to be very witty in life in a very playful way. I love a great sense of humor and a good smile.
-I am in a very good place in my life, my job is stable (yes-even with the government cutbacks in education), I know what I want and need. I am confident and but know my life is not complete and want to share it with someone eventually.

Okay with that said......
Family and friends are very important to me and I love spending time with them at BBQ’s, birthday parties, gatherings, etc…. I strive to be the best Mom I can be for my soon to be 14 yr. old daughter. Most days will find me in jeans and t-shirt / sweatshirts, but I do enjoy dressing up for special occasions.
I enjoy going to amusement parks and have passes to a few, only problem is my daughter is now at the age where it is more fun to go hang out with her friends than Mom - oh well as long as she is having fun and is safe that's what matters the most! Cruises are great too. I took my daughter on her first cruise last year for 4 days to Catalina and down to Ensenada. Then we also just got back from a 7 day cruise down to Cabo and Puerto Vallarta; I even managed to book an extended balcony room - it was an awesome vacation! While in Cabo we even went swimming with dolphins, which was a blast! If I ever go back I would love to do the Trainer for the Day.
I do enjoy watching some TV like The Big Bang Theory, Touched, and sometimes a few of the reality shows (my favorites are Amazing Race and Big Brother). I enjoyed watching Terra Nova and was disappointed when they cancelled the series after the first year. I do enjoy watching the old rerun stations like Me TV, This TV, and Antenna TV - they show old reruns from Leave it to Beaver, The Brady Bunch, Gidget, The Flying Nun, All in the Family, Sanford and Sons, etc.....
Also I would just like to add that I'm not here to serial date and I don't play games, so if you are please move on because we will not be a match. I also do not smoke, do not do drugs, and heck the only thing I drink is mainly water and sometimes soda, lemonade or the ocassional smoothie.
