I was married for 25 years to a wonderful man. We have twin girls. I lost him to Cancer several years ago. Since his passing I have done a fair amount of dating and I have been in three serious relationships. Actually four but stay tuned that could change.
We have been together 5 months and I don' think it is going anywhere.
I only date one man at a time. I am kind of an old fashioned girl. I don't feel my age and when I look in the mirror I am proud to be who I am and all I have accomplished in this life. I bowl on Wii everyday and I try to stay trim. I walk but the heat in Fresno makes it hard to walk very far. I wish I could get out and dance again. My latest does not dance. My twins are girls are 36 and I have 4 Grandchildren. I love playing with my grandson's It is so much fun seeing things again through thier eyes. I have pictures of them all on here.
What am I looking for. He should be happy with himself and believe in God. I hope he likes to dance but I would be happy to teach him. Someone who likes to communicate and do fun things. He probably will like a home cook meal and quiet time at home.

When I worked I was an Executive Secretary and I founded a rather large educational organization. We raised 350,000.00 for my childrens school district. I was social manager in college and when I retired I did volunteer work for Hospice for 5 years. I would want my partner to be comfortable to share his life with me just as I am sharing mine now. In my many years I have lots of funny stories to share and I would hope he does too. I like to be around positive people.

If there is a kind man who serves the Lord and desires to be sure that each of us grows to our full potential in gifts and talents, and if life could be made fuller because of this, then I would be willing to consider adding someone to my life. In fact, it would be a blessing. Unselfishly caring for each other's needs is important to me, and being with someone who is open and communicative. A sense of humor and trusting each other are important traits, too. There's really no need to change my life, unless it is truly the right person.
I enjoy being around my family, sharing meals, errands and adventures with them. I like being with friends, whether it's going to lunch, dinner, a play, a ministry event, or other fun activities. Now that I am retired, I'm working out things I'd like to spend my time on. It's a new phase of life and quite exciting. I may even go back to piano lessons, yes, even at this age! As a singer, I've always longed to be a better piano player, though I have a son who is great on the keyboard and plays as I lead worship at church. His wife also participates and has a beautiful singing voice. I am also planning to do my small share to help the school drop out rate by working with third graders who are having trouble reading.

I taught school for 35 years and loved every minute of my career! I have lived in central CA all of my life. I love my family....and am very close to my 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
