Date a woman from United States. LIFE IN THE OTHER LANE..... I am a retired, business executive and a widow of five years. I had 50 eventful years of marriage, to my best friend and business partner. At the time of his death, I thought my life would be forever changed. Last July, 2011, I was taken to the hospital, with an acute bacteria infection and ended with gangrene on my toes and left hand, .....Months later, I lost some toes and some parts of fingers, on my left hand. For some reason, my right hand was spared and I am so thankful for that.
I have been on match.com for 5 months now and have never got past the emailing stage, as I never knew how to approach my missing parts issue.........lol hence, my disclosure, now.
I do walk with-out a limp or any assistance and I still love to dance. My goal is working up to taking long walks, once again. I give my cooking skills a passing grade, but, my critics, give me a thumbs up.
I now live in Thousand Oaks, California, with my daughter and son-in-law, as my rural home in the Arkansas mountains, has never been terrain and weather-friendly. I have decided, I may have already lived a full life, but I'm not through with "living and seeking out new adventures". I have managed myself "up" to, a desirable weight, so...... new pics to be added soon.
