I'm a fun-loving person that enjoys experiencing new things, but who can also be serious and focused when needed. Sometimes I become impatient but don't we all? The difference is, I won't get mean; I never name-call and I endeavor to always try to see things from the other person's perspective. I only ask that you treat me with the same consideration.
I would like to make a connection with someone that can put our relationship ahead of his hobbies the majority of the time (not all the time, that would be impossible! And perfectly fine). Someone that would care as much about my goals and ambitions in life as I would care about his. I think that forming a strong bond starts with honesty, trust and earnestness, and that two people facing this harsh world together - to provide comfort, understanding, a sympathetic ear, and moral support - is easier than one going at it alone. I don't think marriage is necessary for the type of relationship I described to be successful (I've already been married once) but would not be opposed to entering into a mutually exclusive relationship at some point in the future with someone that I care about and that cares about me. I would also be happy making new friends and finding some new people to interact with socially, but that's not really why I'm here. I have lots of friends and enjoy spending time with them; what I yearn for is a person that would enjoy traveling with me, loves dogs, isn't afraid to show affection, and can respect my need for space - while not becoming alarmed that I would respect his need for space too.
