I love travel and am fourtante enough to have a job that lets me travel to places like the Turks and Caicos Islands, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic over the past couple of years. Other fun places I like to visit are San Diego, Napa and exploring our great state.
I enjoy a great number of activities (golf, tennis, hiking, and hockey) and prefer to be out in nature. We have a beautiful city and state that I take advantage of whenever I can. I love to try new things, and can laugh at myself when I fail miserably. I don't give up easily, and have so many things I've yet to try. I love fun restaurants, great wine and good friends.

The paperwork has been filed and we are waiting for the pathetically slow court system to do their thing. And NO, there is absolutely NO chance of a reconcilliation. Meet someone special from United States. I am basically a laid back person, that is looking for the same. the thing i am most prooud of is my 11 yo son, he is the greatest joy in my life. I loove to laugh at jokes or just stupid things, even myself. I guess i am looking for someone about the same. I LOVE to watch my Lady just do things, can be crazy, or just a smile while dressing. Date single man from United States. I've recently moved to Phoenix after spending almost 13-years in Alaska. I know, I know... You are probably wondering whether polar bears wandered around my little cabin in the woods? :P Actually, the town in which I lived, Fairbanks, is nestled in a deep valley between two mountain ranges and has a population of about 100,000 people. Although we didn't have polar bears roaming around, we did have black bears walk through town and across the university's campus in the fall as they searched for dens for the winter. Did I mention that Fairbanks even has a StarBucks and MacDonalds??? lol
Although there are a lot of things to love about Alaska, my passion was exploring it by flying my airplane where few people have ever been, and visiting old, abandoned mining towns. My favorite time of year was the 4th of July. Usually, I'd toss my camping gear into my airplane and fly to a little village in the Wrangle Mountains called McCarthy. It is a very charming place and was founded during the gold rush in the early 1900s. Normally, there are about 200 people living there, but on this holiday the population quickly grows to about 700. There are live bands... Lots of dancing... Lots of interesting people... And lots of fun things to do in the spectacularly beautiful mountains. If you are adventuresome, I'd bet that we'd have fun together! By the way, my idea of an adventure does not always involve mountains and woods... I have had some extreme adventures just visiting foreign countries!
Although I loved exploring Alaska, the vast majority of my life was spent living near large cities, so I am quite urban ... or is it urbane! lol In my former work, I traveled extensively worldwide for almost 9-years. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore the world and make new friends. One of the benefits of traveling a lot internationally was being able to explore some amazing art collections around the world. I have spent a lot of time in Paris and I always find myself going there. My favorite museum is le Mus?e d’Orsay in Paris.
I am attracted to bright, funny, happy, romantic, loving, and active women who have a healthy lifestyle. I prefer someone who has her own mind and opinions and will playfully challenge me, but, in the end, we make decisions together. Although I don't have any interest in becoming a marathon runner, I am very active and workout 3-5 times each week. It would be great to meet someone who is active, too, so we can do fun things together. Wallyball anyone? :)
I am a hopeless romantic, very affectionate, honorable, and tend to be a champion for what is right. I am also a "Greenie", so I will probably make you crazy with sorting and recycling plastic bottles! I love to learn and explore new places, ideas, cultures, and languages. I am a successful account executive for a company that has recently expended to the west. They hired me away from my former company to grow their services in the area. I have 30 years of experience in this industry and I'm very good at what I do.
I enjoy getting away to places such as Mexico, Las Vegas, Chicago, Colorado, Canada, and since I have started to take cruises the Caribbean both east and west have become recent favorites.
I have lived in Arizona since 1986 as I transferred here from Chicago. I fell in love with the area and have no plans to move away as this has become "home."
I stay involved in my children's activities as I coach little league baseball, and high school wrestling. I am a former certified martial arts instructor and currently hold a 2nd degree black belt.
I enjoy just about every sport and activity. For fun I enjoy movies at the theater, dinner out, traveling, reading a novel when time permits. Some of my favorites are Dean Koontz, John Grisham, Michael Crichton, and Stephen King.
My favorite foods are Italian, Chinese, and Mexican and I'm always looking for America's best burger. I consider myself a pretty darn good cook, I enjoy just opening the pantry and refrigerator and grabbing random items and putting together a full course meal from what's laying around as it challenges my imagination to inspire in a pot or pan. My favorite deserts would be Carrot Cake, French Silk Pie, Chocolate Chip, and White Macadam Nut Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, and cookies with milk (usually Oreo, or Chips Ahoy).
Now after all that "bad" food there has to be a way to work it off right? I stay active coaching as I get involved in the team workouts, I also have a fitness center where I live so that helps as well.
I come from a long line of Italian blood, my Grandfather live to the age of 99, my Father who just joined me on my last cruise turned 75 on the ship and he looks and acts like he's just a big kid which leads us to me. I am young at heart, stay very active and am a night owl as I am usually up past midnight and awake by 6.
Even though I am separated and not legally divorced this is not a rebound. The relationship has been over long enough that dating is getting to know someone, I want to take time to get to know you, have a great time, enjoy each others company and take it from there.
