I grew up in Northern California, but have lived in Los Angeles for over ten years now. My parents loved traveling and would take us on all kinds of trips. As a child I remember just wanting to spend more time at home, but now as an adult I'm beginning to understand why travel was so important to them....and how blessed I am that my parents provided me that experience. I've explored Europe a bit: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, but I would love to go to Peru, Brazil, and Costa Rica. Bali is also on my list.
I try to make every day a personal exploration. Anything that gets me outdoors and away from my computer – be it hiking or an evening walk – whatever brings me out of my head and back in touch with my true self. I love a lazy day at the beach, reading a romance novel and sipping a Peligrino with a twist of lime.... I can lay there dozing all day, happy as a clam:)

I dress preppy, I have 4 tattoos and counting, I'm from Atlanta, I can be inappropriate (humor wise) at times, I live in Los Feliz and work in Hollywood, I work in Entertainment but can not get you a part on anything, I say y'all a lot, I have a dry sense of humor, I like Harmony Korine movies, I have a dog, I can't sit still for long periods of time, and I floss everyday. Oh! And Thursday is my favorite day of the week.
Most of my friends would say that I'm funny. My belief is that if you cant laugh at yourself, you have no business laughing at anyone else. I can go from laid back to rambunctious rather quickly - keeping things interesting. :)

I have an amazing HUGE Italian family, friends I have been close to since I was a child and am in tip top physical shape. I work out 6 days a week and have been for the last 3 years. I am most proud of the fact that I have always supported myself and have traveled the world doing so. I have also made my family proud with my success in life, career wise and personal. I see that as the greatest gift you can give your parents....proving to them that they did a damn fine job raising you. Anything I can do for my family is done, without question. My social life is a bit odd. I have "work" socializing and "friend" socializing. I do like to go out once in a while, but I prefer to have friends join me at my home or theirs for drinks and food. I despise nightclubs, but have been known to hit them up a few times a year. I just don't like not being able to talk to each other. If given the choice to go out to some trendy club or stay home playing Diablo with my "online friends", I would choose home.
Drive and ambition are very important to me. I have come a long way in my life and want to have a partner who shows as much determination as I do. I have survived a lot of stuff in my past and I want someone who can buckle down and plow through as well.
I have trouble connecting with men who do NOT like their family, Mother, Father, etc. Having been raised by my Saint of an Italian grandmother, I have been taught old school values, loyalty, etc. I cook, clean, throw amazing parties (I go all Martha Stewart) and am extremely "new age" in my way of thinking....though my morals with family is pretty old school.
I want a man. Not a boy. I want someone who is confident, but not to the point of douchery. While I feel my clock ticking a bit, I certainly do not want a family immediately. I also believe having children before a relationship is rock solid is folly. Hence why I am 29, divorced with no kids. I live in CA, but am in Chicagoland 7 or more times a year, some extended visits. I dream of moving back one day to start a second career and have a family close to my own. Though, I am open to staying put...so long as I always get to visit as much as I do now. I have an interesting job and an even more interesting story to go along with it, if I see fit to tell you.

I love J.R.R. Tolkien and have read (and watched) The Lord Of The Rings, Book Of Lost Tales, and The Similarion more times than I would like to admit. I dig V for Vendetta, The Watchmen, Game Of Thrones (the books and the HBO series) I love Star Wars, Comic Cons, Cosplay (halloween or just for fun) I am hugely into 80's fantasy flicks like the Neverending Story, Legend, Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, and others. Newer movies I enjoy are Inception, Source Code, History Of Violence, Matrix etc.
