I am a single man, never married. I am currently attending college in the State Center Community College District. I am working at an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science then will transfer to California State University at Fresno (Fresno State). I do like Starbucks, not for the coffee, but the coffee-free drinks. I enjoy going to the beach at Pismo, to the mountains when there is snow near Shaver Lake or concerts performed by the Fresno Philharmonic Orchestra. I enjoy attending Fresno Grizzles baseball games or watching football; Carolina Panthers, St. Louis Rams, and baseball; Oakland A’s, S.F Giants, on television but more than happy to leave to do errands. I tend to be a bit old fashioned, that I will go the door to pickup my date and open doors for her.
I am not into playing games it wastes time getting to know someone, time best spent finding out about a person, looking for someone who believes the same. I am looking for someone that appreciates life simple pleasures, who is looking to enter into a long term and serious relationship, has a positive attitude and that family is an important in their lives. About me…even I really suck at describing myself, but I will give it another shot. I am a stable person (well more or less, but you would have to decide that). I am single, never been married. I enjoy dining out and going to the movies, meeting at Starbucks even though I do not drink coffee. I like to cycle, but have not rode in quite awhile but have been looking into getting another 10-speed. I like to take walks even though it has been within the area I live in. Prefer to take nice walks on the beach or get into shape to do some hiking up in the mountains. Try to eat healthier, have lost about 20 pounds, and hope to lose more. I have been told that I have a wicked sense of humor, being a bit of sarcastic and one-liners.
I work full time with a local manufacturing company for the last 15 years; it is a job that I love doing involving computer and electronics work. I am going to school part time tasking classes over at either Fresno City College or Willow International. I have been working first on Associates Degree in Computer Science then over to Fresno State to improve my computer skills and to get promotions within the company. I am close to my brother, sister-in-law, and nephew spend lots of time over at their place often, family is very important to me. I somewhat fancy myself as both a little old fashion as in holding open the door for my date, but also progressive in that I would not mind if I received the first email, asked for a date or a woman wanted my phone number. Either way a lady should be treated like a lady.
Who I am looking for is a woman how wishes to be treated like a lady, who likes the door being opened for her. She needs to be independent, intelligent, and a good work history; someone who is comfortable in her own skin. I am looking for someone who likes to laugh and to have fun. Someone who is comfortable either dinning out, going to the movies or stay at home dinner and movie, cuddling together on those cold winter days or laying out in the yard looking up at the stars. Someone who likes BBQ’s, even in the dead of winter, and family get-togethers and who is close to her family. Political issues are a concern for me but I cannot spend my life devoted to them. I tend to be liberal minded on many subjects but consider myself a conservative. I have to say though, just to be clear, if you believe any of the nonsense projected by Obama, chances are we won't see eye to eye on many things.
I spent several years of my younger life traveling around the western States playing music and learned a lot about people in the process. My impression is that most people are good-hearted and as the saying goes, "Never judge a book by its cover".
