It's kind of hard to characterize yourself without feeling like your selling yourself,so I'll keep it short.

I love car shows and swap meets, but getting behind the wheel thrills me! A perfect night out......Good food, good wine and great company...it doesn't get any better! (well maybe throw in a car show...LOL).
I strive to stay healthy and like to be active (although not opposed to sitting on my behind either!). I get together with my brother several times a month to go mountain biking. I work out 2-3 times a week at the office gym,,,,,when work doesn't get in the way!
Family is a big part of my life. Both mine and my ex's, yes were friends and keeping our family together is very important. I have two sons, 20 and 17. I have one brother, three brother-in-laws, two sister-in-laws, and six combined nieces & nephews.
Well here's my outlook: It's time to move forward with my life and start the next chapter, look for someone who isn't in a hurry for that next relationship and willing to take a slower journey. Her kids are older teens and moving on with their lives in a few years. Lets connect and share conversation, maybe initially looking for a companion on a share interest or activities. I tend to be one of those, the glass is half full, look at the good in people kind of person. I love living in the foothills surrounded by open fields and lots of stars at night. Growing up you could usually find me at one of the local lakes skiing in the summer or riding a horse pretty much any other time. I'm still a avid horseback rider and can be found either on or near one of my horses often.I don't ski too much anymore but I'm always up for the lake or river. I enjoy travel and finding new places to have an adventure. I have 3 great kids and just became a grandma (AMAZING). We all try to get together as often as possible.
What I admire most in a man is one who is confident and self-assured, yet lacking in ego and arrogance. He lives a life of purpose and is eager to share in the ups and downs of daily living with one special lady who is attentive, loyal, compassionate, and caring..
I value the virtues of honesty, loyalty, faithfulness, and trust, and fully expect the same from my partner. It is truly a team effort, and when disagreements arise (and they will), I prefer to sit at the table of compromise as opposed to engaging in a battle of heated words.
