Date a man from Colorado, United States. hard worker, trying to get a better life, like to be socialnd have friends, very close with the family, looking for someone real and honest, simple but pretty and has a good common sense, i can be a good friend

Meet a soulmate from Colorado, United States. First thing, if you have hang ups with age, move on. My friends range in age from 19 to 65. I believe that a person's age is irrelevant given their lifestyle, beliefs, and abilities. (I mean really, if you're lifestyle is going to result in a shorter lifespan, what does it matter to me if you're young?)
I'm really an outdoors person. My favorite thing is to bicycle, but really I enjoy just about anything that gets me outdoors. I also love to play soccer. Hiking, camping, rollerblading, and horseback riding are also things I like to get out and do. In the evenings, I like to watch movies, go to a club, or go listen to music somewhere. I like nice dinners or something at the theater every so often.
I love to learn new things. I started salsa dancing, and this led me to country western dancing (which I get, but don't enjoy as much) and now I'm taking swing classes. I'd also like to go back and take language classes sometime in the near future - I miss speaking Spanish and would like to get back into German and French. Maybe Russian as well if I get really ambitious!
I’m a generally positive person and am extremely honest, sometimes to a fault. I like all kinds of music and all kinds of people. With very few exceptions, I will try just about anything once.
I have a job, a car, and a house - just about everything that indicates some stability and future.
The woman I'm looking for:
My best friend - someone who I can tell everything to and share everything with. I'm a romantic at heart, so you have to be able to receive affection.
I don't care what your political opinions or religious beliefs are, but if either of these things are deal-breakers for you, you're most likely not my type. I don't fall into any political category - I swing left on some things, right on others, and right down the middle on the rest. I was raised Methodist, but do not attend church (ever). That's not to say I wouldn't share your practices with you, but we're not going to be a match if it's absolutely important that I believe everything you do when it comes to faith.
You should be able to converse about something that you're passionate about. It doesn't matter what that is: makeup, current events, cars, celebrities, etc, but you must be able to listen to other opinions even if you don't agree with them.
You must be emotionally able to have a relationship - don't bother contacting me if you're still hung up on your ex; I'm not going to try and get you over someone else so that you want to be with me. And I hope you expect the same from me.
You must not be the type to play games - I'm not going to compete for your attention.
Most importantly, I believe that for a relationship to last, the two people must share the one thing that they both enjoy doing in their free time more than anything else. It's what makes those other challenges in a relationship endurable. For me, that's bicycling. So I'm looking for a woman who, when thinking of something to do on a beautiful day, first thinks of getting on the bike. You don't have to be fast - I'm a very patient person - but you need to enjoy biking and have the personality to want to push yourself further.

Date people from Colorado, United States. Someone similar to who I am. I like to have fun but also like to keep it simple and just relax at home after a hard week at work. It is lonely sometimes coming to an empty home. Last relationship was in 2006.

Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. About you:
I’m drawn to bright, independent women who are confident in who they are and what they want. I’m looking for someone who is kind, intelligent and positive and who values family, fitness, work and play. Ideally you would like to get away on romantic weekends, share ideas over dinner and drinks, travel the world and start a family together. Over time I want to truly know you – who you are, who you’re not, your fears, your aspirations. I would like to find a soul mate and build a partnership that is real and lasting.
About me:
Friends describe me as honest, caring, intelligent, loyal, ambitious and optimistic. Of course, without context, that’s just a list of nice words. Spend some time with me and you can judge for yourself. Family is a big part of my life. They provide support, encouragement and friendship that I appreciate more and more over time. My brothers and I work together and I’m passionate about building our business and succeeding on our own terms. I work hard but never lose sight of enjoying life. In my free time I like to travel, go out with friends, listen to live music and watch movies. My lifestyle is active and healthy. I eat well, play sports, lift weights, hike and ski.

Date single man from United States. Just relocated to Longmont. I am secure in who I am as an individual and of what I have to offer to a relationship. I need someone who can HONESTLY say the same. I am not looking for someone to validate my significance nor someone that needs the same. I am at a point in my life where I refuse to settle for anything less than incredible. I don't expect perfection I just need someone who can be as passionate about the relationship as I am.

Meet men and women from United States. Hello,
I’ll start by thanking you for taking a peek. So many people taking the online approach these days.
I’m confident, witty, loyal, generous and responsible. I own my home and cars (now want to own my own business). Pay my obligations….on time. Iron my clothes, which I picked out and laundered. Stand up for my values, and protect my loved ones and friends. And… love and respect my mom.
Favorites:
* Family: Need I write more? Actually I will. Single parent when my son moved to CO from VA at age 11. He joined the Marine Corps over 3 years ago… Proud Daddy! I miss him.
* Animals. Kevlar, Baxter and Bailey, faces only a parent could love!
* Halloween… Decorating, creatively dressing up, holding on tight during scary movies.
* Laughter! I want to make others laugh. Can you crack me up? Might need to be sharp and quick, so we can make light of most situations.
* “The most interesting man in the world”….I do drink Dos Equis and other imports.
* Music. Do you find yourself adding your own lyrics? I make it a point to do so.
* Travel. I’ve been in 48 states and many countries. Water, Beach… I’m in!!

* Beauty: So many attractive women out there. I’m committed to reading what else you have to offer though.
* Occupation/employment – I do hope you’re doing what makes you happy.
* Intelligence – Are you smart enough to keep yourself off “Jay Walking” with Jay Leno? If not, can I laugh about it with you?

* Trustworthy – My best friend and I will want to work through things together.
After serving this great country of ours for 10 years in the Marine Corps, and 12 years of executive management in the financial industry, I’ve decided to step away and make a living following my passion.
Things I’ve recently heard from my friends…
“You are the reason I’m here”
“Your thoughts are important to me because I trust you”
“I’m jealous of the situation you put yourself in. You’ll do amazing.”

Date a man from United States. I'm a 41 year old guy who is looking for someone to connect with and have a good time. Meet someone special from United States. Thor meets Pooh Bear. A walking contradiction, or "well balanced" ...depending on your perspective.
It seems each year passes and brings yet even more questions into my life. What I know is that finding more puzzles comes from having wider eyes.
Thankfully, none of the dreams of my past have come true, I’ve instead arrived at an unexpected happiness, sometimes quiet and others not - Pooh and Thor. Sometimes, a flicker of light on an aspen leaf is all that’s needed to remind me of the immeasurable gratitude and peace already within. And then there are times that a bolt of lightning couldn’t reach me. Like I said, I haven’t figured it all…yet.
I'll do myself a favor and not be too specific about what exact qualities I want in a life co-conspirator. Beside having the essential capacities for humor and humility, my partner consistently surprises me, as I hope to pleasantly delight her from time to time. I've found an intense and often self-directed sense of irony and joy is indispensable to my sanity and peace.
To those of you still here,
As a coffee aficionado (addict), I’ve had a revolutionary idea of venue for our first meeting. Not to be overly hasty or foreword, but we’ve known each other long enough to be brutally honest as to exactly why we’re here. This facade of seeking meaningful relationship soon crumbles at mere mention of our true purpose. Be honest. Its coffee.
We can go through the protocol of brief and unrevealing electronic “chats”. I’ll do my best to sound clever, witty and warm-hearted; we’ll become grocery-store-checkout-line familiar. We may even begin to think of each other as friends, but its not until our proximity closes and our latent coffee desires express effect through our intellectually-shrouded animalistic natures as our pheromones mingle then fuse with the divinely oily coffee aroma that our true inner natures communicate with each other at so deep a level as to make attempts at cerebral intercourse seem ineffectual and juvenile. (Whew. Was that a run-on?)
Then, everything else takes care of itself. Along with its commonly accepted benefits of energy enhancement and mood improvement, coffee, if properly utilized, can be a tool of true communication and intimacy. If, however, its efficacy in this area is due in part to its true purpose remaining tacit, please ignore this entire letter save the jovial greeting and convivial invitation to coffee.
Let us let life marvel us with the unexpected.
