Full-disclosure:
I now have a neurological problem (Parkinson's) which has made me cut down on physical activities such as playing sports and long walks. That limits my compatibility with women who are active, outdoorsy sorts. I accommodate by emphasizing less physical things, such as photography, movies, attending sporting events, reading, etc. I'm seeing a neurologist now, and am steadily reducing the symptoms as we tweak the meds. The meds help tremendously, but there is no cure.
