I raised my son on my own since the 2nd grade and now he is an adult. I didn't have much of a social life at that time between work and raising my son. Well, I've always been a little sappy, but hey...It could always be worse....I could have ED and wet the bed...Although, if you wet the bed, you are definitely sleeping in the damp spot...My 5th grade camp counselor didn't catch onto my youthful smoothness..but, it was good practice for my 6th grade camp counselor.... She didn't know what hit her...$7.00 perfume, some hand-picked flowers (most likely weeds) and a little note, fully expressing my undieing "like" for her.... :) I've always been a bit hyper, but not in the "I'm in need of medication way", but more in the "I love life so much that I can't get enough way"...Although, during rainy nights, you'll find me either sitting by an open door, with candles of course, or in the water...There's something fun about being in the water while it rains... Everyone that has and will ever know me, will most likely say that I'm a giver and would do anything for a person in need, even a stranger... I have a ton of fun at work, getting the job done, while having a laugh, can't beat it.....I've always been a totally open person and love to express whatever is on my mind and in my heart (and no, I don't carry around a box of tissues) well, except for the movie "The Lion King"... I can't believe those kids in the theater, not one sniffle amongst the rotten lot of them (kidding).. :) I maintained fairly well thank you, walking away with only a minor sore throat.... :) As for my wish list, it's ever-changing, as is life..I'm in search of a person that shares a desire for life and living every moment of it.. I want romance, laughter, sharing, flirting smiles from across the room, and to look into their eyes and know that is where I'm supposed to be.... Now about the activities that I dig....I love skiing (snow/ water), boarding (wake/ snow), mountain biking, hiking, camping, kayaking (newby), climbing (newby), snow shoeing, scuba diving, sailing, boating, cultural activities, trying new things and whatever is fun and new.... :) If you have any new activities that sound fun, I'm up for the challenge and won't cry if you beat my arse...I'm still good for killing spiders,.....well,......I try and flick them out the window, but those speedy spiders suck...You do the math....11 inches of magazine, a speed (hairy) spider, and ten feet to the nearest flipping window / door...If they make it anywhere near my hand, they're #*(&Q@*$....Sorry tree-huggers, that spider's toast... :)
P.S. I hate dating rules, but I would prefer to speak on the phone prior to meeting in person....I can tell a ton about a person by their personality, which may save us both a lot of time and energy....
