Date someone special from United States. HI there! My name is John and I am new to this whole online dating thing. I recently decided that I was going to get out and meet new people and I talked to some of the guys at the Fire station, where I work, and they have met some really cool (and surprisingly normal) people online. I guess it isn't just for socially awkward poeople anymore. Who knew?? :-) On that note...I am here to meet people but I would really rather talk on the phone or meet up for a drink and see if we have chemistry instead of writing emails back and forth for weeks at a time.
So you will want to know about me: I am healthy and actually enjoy staying fit. I like to hike, bike, camp and do just about everything outdoors. My most favorite activity for the summer is boating. I like to wakesurf and teach people how to wakeboard,wakesurf and ski. I have a lot of patiences. I am hoping to get out to some concerts this year as well, both at Cheyenne Frontier days and a few other venues! I like all kinds of music from super upbeat hip hop music while I'm cycling,country when I'm working on cars and jazz or other slow mellow music when it is time to relax. If I'm not out and about you can find me working on cars at my dads repair shop. I stay pretty busy with work but I always find time to meet new people and have fun. I love to laugh and make people laugh.
Okay, now what about you? I would love to find someone who has the same activity and fitness level. Someone who likes to get out and enjoy the sun and the water and all that Colorado can offer. I also want someone who doesn't mind a nice evening in. The fellas at work tell me I am a great cook so I don't mind cooking OR we could both pitch in and cook over a glass of wine and enjoy the conversation! I also like someone who is open to meeting new people and is comfortable in their own skin. I know I know we all have little hangups but I am at the point where those little things shouldn't matter. I really do enjoy where I am in life and it would be nice to find someone who doesn't have a lot of drama and is really happy with their life-both professional and personal and loves to laugh and explore new places.
