Date men and women from United States / Colorado / Boulder, 34 year old

Date single man from Boulder, United States. IPlain and simple I make music I am working on playing places now. I make LIVE! drum and bass/breakbeat with a little hard house and experimental. I would love to find a woman who would be interested in listening or playing and likes to dance a little:) I'll bend over backwards for the right people. Always try to smile but lets be serious now everyone gets a little poopy from time to time. I'm not a heavy drinker, but you might find a funny cigaret in my ashtray on occasion. I've been single so long that I am willing to admit I watch Charmed in the morning... Hey they're hot so sue me...
Right now I think I just want to meet someone fun that I can enjoy spending time with
Honestly I'm looking for someone with character. Someone who thinks I'm cute just the way I am. . Someone who can wonder with me about nerdy stuff late at night in bed. Someone who likes making strangers smile or asks them why they are crying. These are all things I would do. Would you?
EVEN IF YOU ARE JUST CURIOUS WHAT MY MUSIC SOUNDS LIKE E-MAIL ME :)

Meet a soulmate from Boulder, United States. Hi! my name is Jamie. First and foremost, I am a rock climber. I have traveled all over the world in the last 10 years to pursue my passion. Lately, climbing has taken a smaller role in my life (although still important) and I am going back to school to earn a second degree in Physics.
I am driven, intense, thoughtful, very aware, curious, quick, intelligent, occasionally ridiculous, often athletic, and extremely energetic. I love traveling. I love math. I love adventure. I love to read and write. I am very analytical. I love good, thoughtful, challenging conversation. I love well-trained dogs.
My position in the rock climbing community keeps me in touch with a lot of people, and I enjoy having a wide and diverse group of friends from around the world. That being said, I am most comfortable with close friends, eating good food close to home. I am usually very busy, and I spend much of my free time either studying, training or going climbing.
I am intellectually curious about many things (philosophy, geology, economics, classical music, pop culture, the list goes on) and I enjoy learning about the world I live in. I am young at heart and very adventurous (this needs to be emphasized). I am honest, I am dedicated, and I have strong values.
It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what I am looking for, and I try to remain as open as possible, but I'd like to meet someone who is thoughtful, aware, passionate, (like real passion), has an interest in world travel (e.g. places like Namibia, Argentina, Cambodia, Iceland, China), is successful in whatever they do, is attractive (I really don't care for tattoos), intelligent, athletic (read: physically fit), driven, has strong values and is simply a good person!

Date men and women from Boulder, United States. I think I'm a pretty laid back down to earth guy. I stay pretty busy so I haven't been out much lately and I'm ready to make this move to . I have a good sense of humor and can let loose and have a good time. I don't mind just relaxing on a cool breezy night with a movie and some wine. But I can be spontaneous and adventurous too and go on an expedition. Like spreading out your wings and letting the wind lift you up and take flight. It's an adventure. So obviosly, I like the great outdoors. I haven't spent enough time in the mountains this summer so I feel like I'm missing out. I like to hang out and socialize and I can carry conversation on a wide range of subjects. The best times I've had were with people who could enjoy the simpler things in life and make the best out of any moment. I'd like to meet someone that I can share good times with and explore all of the hotspots around town. If the right chemistry sparks up then we could take it from there. I am open minded and like to let the moment take its own direction and move with it's pace. I am interested in meeting a good match but I am totally open to exploring that and having fun while we're at it. If the right one comes along then embrace it.

Meet people from Boulder, United States. My philosophy on life is something like this: why would I bother cleaning my room when I could be doing something more productive. In other words a clean room doesn’t cure cancer. I was at the pool the other day and this chick was talking about how happy she was because she met a dude “that is so clean”… I was like, “if that’s a deal maker, you are doomed from the start”. She told me to mind my own business…ha. True story, but the moral is that life is short and there is no reason to waste time on non value added stuff. Have fun, learn, grow, laugh, create relationships, make friends – ha, maybe that is why I am single - it’s a weird balance because I like women that are laid back and care free, but I also like them to be hungry for life.
So, I am a single, full time dad – I have a really cool job/career that’s takes me all over the place. I just finished grad school so now I have some more time for fun. Really just looking for someone to share the fun times with and grow with me. I really have been bogged down in books, work and parenting (in reverse order) the past three years and kind of let some things slip due to ambition, but now I feel I am ready to rock and roll. I guess i just want to fall in love again and feel nirvanic (add that to Websters). I love to ski, bike rides, jam on my guitar, golf, basketball pretty much open to anything that is fun and/or new. I love to travel the world – studied for a stint at the Sorbonne in Paris and have spent extended periods all over during my youth. Obviously I love spending time with kids and seeing the world through their eyes; its amazing how un-obscured minds perceive the world.
So that said, the woman I am looking for should be energetic and excited about life, yet laid back and not sweat the small stuff. She would be independent and constantly desire to learn about life and the world around us. Culturally sensitive and understand that differnet people have different perspectives on life. It is kind of a Taoist view point I guess, but compassion and understanding are an important quality to me. What it really means is wanting to explore the world with me and try new things.
Other than that - love life, smile a lot and be a generally happy person. Oh yeah, and independent.
Ok, kind of a weak start, but I will add over the three months I try out his service - after that I go back to the bars (j/k) :)

Date a man from Boulder, United States. I'm sarcastic and cynical with a sense of humour. Most things in life I take with a grain of salt and a smile. My focus is on enjoying today although I'm always prepared for tomorrow. My dreams are of travel and adventure, going places and doing things I haven't done yet. Day to day I'm working a lot and playing sports or exercising most days, reading or watching movies or sports to unwind.
When I travel, which I do a lot, I'm liable to take the road less traveled, plan optional. Photography is important to me and I spend a lot of time looking for that next great shot, so you might want to bring a book ;-).
I'm a lover of music, most any type, and always love to have something playing. Going to see a show or just listening to some albums in the evening are great ways to spend some time.
I want a woman who's smart, funny, educated, adventuresome, passionate, athletic, fearless...you get the idea. In return I'm loyal, trustworthy, caring, compassionate, etc. I'm a touch protective but have learned to sit back and let my partner be her own person over the years. And I'm not the jealous type. When we go out I'll open the door for you, (try to) pay for dinner, and otherwise treat you as a lady because I was raised to be a gentleman. I'm comfortable heading to a white tablecloth restaurant or a roadside bbq joint...and I regularly eat at both.
Since women almost always seem to mention "smart and funny" in what they want...actually that really goes both ways...I will go out on a limb and say that I'm smart and funny. At least I think so. I can explain why an airplane stays in the sky, how tectonic plate movement causes earthquakes, the wavelength of light that plants use for photosynthesis, and a lot of other useless stuff. I have an excellent memory unless I'm being told to pickup something from the grocery store on the way over, or I'm trying to remember the names of your friends...ok, so my memory isn't all that great but I do remember that photosynthesis stuff and after a while I'll remember what color your eyes are too ;-).
I'm financially comfortable and would prefer someone in a similar state...although I also respect working for love versus money and would be very much OK with someone in the non-profit or arts community.

Meet someone special from Boulder, United States. For my 30th birthday, I sold my house, quit my job, and traveled for a year of adventures in the Western U.S., Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Seeing foreign countries with locals is a fantastic way to explore the world.
My friends and coworkers routinely comment on my positive attitude and consistent smile. I enjoy mingling in a crowd I don't know, learning and doing new things, and planning trips with big groups of friends.
I grew up camping, backpacking and ski racing (an icy 400' hill) in Michigan, but moved West almost as soon as I could for topography, weather, and a population that enjoys an active lifestyle. I?ve lived briefly in TX and Northern CA and spent a few years in Seattle and outside LA. Although Seattle runs a close second, Colorado?s Front Range has consistently drawn me back and I'm happy to have landed here again three years ago with permanence. I enjoy microbreweries and trying new restaurants.
A number of sports have rotated through depending on my social crowd and where I was living: climbing, canyoneering, scuba diving, motorcycle riding, mountain biking, and front and backcountry skiing. I enjoy trying new things and seeing new places, but both are better when shared with a partner. I stay pretty active and would love to share this part of my life.
I go to great lengths for those I?m close to in life in terms of creativity and prioritizing time.
I'm always looking to expand my collection of great outdoor friends and would be interested in meeting you if you share a similar lifestyle. However, all the better if you are a strong communicator, have a romantic side, and this all resonates.

Meet a soulmate from Colorado, United States. I’m a Boulder native, my parents were hippies and are sort of an evolved version of hippies now. My mother runs an herbal business in town and my dad is retired. They are both idealistic types that believe in trusting people, saying what’s on your mind, working hard, and having a good time. I have a 14 year old daughter that I have weekdays and I’ll be staying in Boulder for at least the next 4 years until she goes off to college. She’s a good kid, smart, funny, does her work, likes to play games, she reads lots of books, likes to go to Comicons and that kind of thing.
I’m the middle child and my brother and sister live in Boulder, my older brother has a bunch of cute young kids. We all get along ridiculously well and if you stick around you’re sure to see them all the time. I’ve got some old friends I’ve known for a long time as well. I usually go out once or twice a week for dinner, sometimes music and drinks, my friends and I usually end up dancing. I’m a little bit of a homebody, I watch a lot of movies, read a lot of books. I like long conversations about music, literature, art, philosophy, psychology, history, science, business; I like to play games, travel, exercise (I don’t play sports though, watch them either), socialize and meet new people.
I’ve had my share of relationships. A couple for more than five years, a couple more for just a couple years; many for less than that, but I’m not sure I count those. I’ve online dated a few times before as well, so I’m familiar with the process and not so eager to get tangled up in the novelty of dating several girls all at once; I’m more interested in getting my work done and having a little peace in my life.
For work I do mostly patent law, which I enjoy; I used to litigate but I’m happy to have that behind me. I have a good business plan and I’m fairly entrepreneurial; I guess starting other people’s businesses for a living has rubbed off on me. I usually work from home, so my day often sounds like a vacation and I gripe about staying motivated constantly; but I have started to hire other people to do some of my work, so that should help.
As far as what I’m looking for in a girl, I just want things to be easy. For me, that means you need to have a good job that’s rewarding, a sense of humor, friends, supportive family, no health or mental health issues. Realistically though, I’m not bad looking; I'm healthy, smart, fun, successful; and I want to be with someone who can inspire, seduce, and enchant me; someone who carries me away and brings me home again; someone I can be proud of; someone who humbles me.
I don't know what else to say. If here is where there is, say "hi." I'd like to see what you're up to:)

Date men and women from Colorado, United States. I am athletic and active. I am looking for the same. Reading is something that I really enjoy (ok a lot of them are audible books). My friends would describe me as a athletic nice guy. The other day I had a good day: I went to work, rock climbing, Bookstore and then played Frisbee golf in the dark with the sprinklers on. I enjoy crazy fun and like to be around positive people that like to laugh. And appreciate what they have.

Meet people from Colorado, United States. I love the outdoors and adventure, living in a tent, and road trips, but I'm a clean, professional geek. I'm very understanding, and I'll talk about anything. I'm even-tempered, I don't get over-excited or create drama.
Fun to me is doing my favorite things with good friends, new experiences, travel, just hanging out with someone interesting. I don't like going to bars or dancing, and I don't drink. I don't mind if you do. I feel most comfortable talking while hiking, skiing, climbing, or sitting on the couch.
You must appreciate sarcasm. You must have the spark of curiosity about the world and the drive to improve and reach goals. You need to have done some self-examination and be open to more.
I ski, climb, bike, or hike on the weekends and then hang out at home or at camp. All sports are recreational for me, I don't race or get too serious, but it doesn't mean I don't charge hard. I suppose it's lame that I like to do home improvement and yard work, but you could see it as stable or grounded. Quiet time at home is a necessity just like exercise.
Colorado is the best, but travel is good, too. I've done a lot in the US, so now I want to see more of Europe and Asia.
I think you can make a connection even when these details don't line up, so if you're debating, let's just talk.

Date a man from Colorado, United States. I have to admit that I am a little nervous writing this but It has to be better than trying to yell over the music at a bar :)
I was born and raised in Madrid, Spain by super loving and unique parents. I have been lucky enought to grow up bilingual and able to enjoy both Spanish and US culture. I spent my winters in Madrid and my summers in the Pennsylvania Pocono's. I feel privileged to have grown up in a great city like Madrid yet have gotten the chance to explore the outdoors with my uncle in the summers. I moved to Colorado becuase of Knight Rider and the A team(seriously) and a desire to live in the beauty of the Western US. Since my arrival in Colorado and while pursuing a graduate degree in Civil Engineering at CU Boulder I was lucky enough to meet some of the leaders in avalanche forecasting and founders of AIARE. This lead to a passion for backcountry skiing/ tele and snowboarding(split) and the beginning of a obsession for deep powder skiing. Over the years I have worked hard at this passion/dream and was a lead guide at San Juan Snowcat for 2 seasons, in which I was also head of avalanche control. I had the chance to live in Creede Colorado and experience the majesty of the San Juan Mountains. After my return to the Front Range I was the Avalanche Program Manager for Alpine World Ascents and their AIARE curriculum . The passion for Gravity spills into the summer where I can be found at Winter Park's Trestle Bike park or Kyestones downhill course with a big smile on my face!
I was planning to continue my Guiding curriculum and completed my first AMGA/IFMGA full year course under Marcus Beck, that is when everything changed...
In 2010 I was able to create a concept for a new and emerging industry. What started with a gmail account is now the first live Market for a whole industry and becoming bigger by the day and now a website/iphone/android app. It has been a fantastic journey and a very exciting time but has kept me so busy that I have not had time to socialize much. I'm passionate about my career and about the great opportunities that it has created. Now I find myself at a time personally and professionally where I would like to share these exciting times with someone else.
I'm a very open person and would like to find someone else who is. Someone who can be present and conscious in the moment and comfortable with who they are. Physical attraction and inteligence are important to me, I work hard to keep a healthy body and mind and hope to find someone who does as well. Honest and direct communication are very important to me and I believe they are the foundation of any healthy relationship.
So if this makes any sense and seems interesting I would love to meet for a cup of tea and have a conversation or go for a ride on my cruiser bikes :)

Meet someone special from Colorado, United States. Some say that I’m an amazing story teller. Maybe it comes from all my time teaching. After all, grabbing the attention of 15 year-olds isn’t easy! I also make people laugh pretty often…maybe this too can be attributed to my time in front of a chalk board. Either way, it comes in handy now that I'm a lawyer. Working in Denver and living in Boulder gives me a chance to play in both places. I love it even if the commute isn't ideal.
When I'm not working, I love to play outside. I used to race road bikes pretty seriously. But now, I have a much more balanced approach to fitness. I still ride, but I do whatever feels right - be it yoga, running, climbing, hiking... I might even jump in the pool.
Integrity and compassion are essential, and my ideal match will share this outlook. I’m looking for someone to share life’s adventures and who can teach me new things because she has traveled or accomplished something unique - intriguing conversations like those are unforgettable.
Are you interested in exploring life and continuing to learn? Think you might be the smart and sexy woman I’m looking for? If so, I’d love to talk.
