Date men and women from United States / Colorado / Boulder, 29 year old

Date a soulmate from Colorado, United States. About me:
I can have any woman I please. But, apparently so far, I haven’t pleased any of them.
I think, for women, 95% of makeup is a complete waste of money. So chances are, I already disapprove of your spending habits.
I don't care how attractive, smart, funny, rich or unique you think you are, DO NOT contact me if you are a Raiders fan.
DO contact me if you have ever been mistaken for Jennifer Connelly, in which case your personality would be optional.
I can, at times, be adventurous, reckless and am very often restless.
I won’t sleep over after our first date. Yes, we will be at your place because I don’t want you to know where I live.
I watch American Idol.
My sarcasm sometimes will get me into trouble.
I think newborn babies look like aliens. So "no" your newborn niece is not cute.
Please, PLEASE have a "girls night out" every once in a while.
I can be a bit too quiet but I am probably planning some form of attack (or daydreaming about being a "Chopped Champion").
The movie “Wall-E” made me cry like a little school girl…twice.
I sometimes get lost on my bike rides but have always managed to find my way back home.
My skin sparkles like diamonds in direct sunlight, but I am team Jacob.
I can be stubborn however, overall, I am a very trusting and an extremely loyal person. But if you violate that trust you probably will never get it back.
I have been known to dance around the house with my nieces (while babysitting them) singing a Selena Gomez or T-Swift song.
I am not a fan of PDA.
I tend to live vicariously through myself.
I probably cuss too much.
Wasps scare the (blank) out of me.
I can’t tolerate assumptions about serious situations and lack of communication drives me crazy...
Any question? Just ask.
Now, about you:
You have a spark in your eye, are curious about the world and want to know more of its secrets. You can take a joke, laugh at yourself and are not easily offended. You don’t cheat, and will tell me if you do. Your friends don't label you a "couch potato". The rest of you is completely negotiable.
If you got this far and are up for a challenge, you should probably send me an email. I said EMAIL, not a wink...

Meet men and women from Colorado, United States. I am in such a great place in my life right now. I have a wonderful job and am moving forward in my business. I am really completely psyched on my life these days and I am looking for someone to share the experience and grow with.
Life is meant to be lived to its fullest. I want to find someone that has a passion for all things in life. I have mentioned the things I like to do and I want to share those things with someone else, also I want someone who is going to share with me their experiences.
I think that it is important in a relationship to be challenged by your partner. That the other person should challenge you to grow at all times.
I really like to travel and recently I have been wanting to get back to Spain and travel the country eating/drinking and experiencing the age that Europe has and America does not.
I enjoy conversations with anyone and I really enjoy meeting new people. I think this is an oppurtunity to meet someone that I wouldn't typically meet through my group of friends, which I think is really exciting since as we get older it becomes harder to meet knew people. We have our groups and that is it, atleast for me not being in school anymore.

Date single boy from Colorado, United States. I've been called a lot of things, but never "boring": sailor, surfer, traveler, writer, climber, and more colorful terms than those. Right now I'm taking classes at CU and getting medical experience to fulfill the admission requirements of a physician associate program. I'm interested particularly in the effects of extreme conditions (think Everest or the Mariana Trench) on human physiology as well as the possibilities for extended human capacities through science (think cyborgs or genetic engineering). I want to go into practice rather than research because I want to help people directly. I also want to lead an exciting and enriching life, and I don't think I want to devote nearly the entirety of the rest of my life to becoming a specialist. I suppose that's as good a descriptor as any for me: jack-of-all-trades. Some day I'll devote myself to mastership of one (or two) disciplines, but for right now I'm neck deep in life, swimming around and having a lot of fun doing anything that makes me eyes sparkle. I'm looking for someone to share that life with. I want to meet a woman with integrity and self-confidence as well as a sense of humor and a healthy lifestyle. Intellect is also a big plus, as communication is key to a close relationship, and that's what I'm looking for: to get close to someone, a best friend, lover, confidant, and partner. Sex is great, but if we can't have a tickle fight before and a few belly laughs after then we're missing something. In short, superficial relationships leave me cold and I don't have the time for them. I want to get to know your body, mind and spirit.

Meet a guy from Colorado, United States. I like spending time outside, eating good food, drinking good beer, hanging out with interesting people. I also like just chilling and watchin movies or tv, reading books, having a generally lazy day.
I'm a bit of a geek. I like star gazing, computers, electronics, video games. Some of my favorite authors are Douglas Adams, Kurt Vonnegut, and Christopher Moore.
I'm a bit of a health nut. I like hiking, riding my cruiser around town, going to the park and throwing a boomerang. I like rock climbing outdoors even though I don't get to do it much, I like snowboarding, next winter I plan on learning how to snowshoe. I like learning how to garden, eating fresh veggies I grew!
Speaking of food, I like it. A lot. I'm one of the many in Boulder who like organic, local food. I'm a fairly good cook for someone who's never worked in a kitchen, and I enjoy trying, modifying and thinking up new recipes. I'm interested in homebrewing, but I've never done it. I also enjoy eating out. I have a few favorite spots of course, but it's a lot of fun to go to eat somewhere I've never been before.
I'm a bit of a hockey fan. I like going to Avalanche games in Denver, going to the bar to watch the Stanley Cup finals.
When I'm dating I'm a bit of a sappy romantic. I like going out on dates, cuddling, surprising my girl, giving massages.
I strongly believe that living by your ideals makes a difference in the world. I do all my banking at credit unions. I try to spend my dollars at small, local businesses. I pull non-compostables out of the compost bins at work. I don't mind paying higher prices for sustainable products, and limit my purchases of single use and disposable items.
I'm easy going. I don't need to be with people who think the same as me, live the same as me, have the same interests as me. I do need to be with people who have a sense of humor, who keep their commitments, who aren't control freaks. I'm interested in meeting people who can be friends first, and then maybe see what happens from there.
Some things I want to do someday but haven't gotten around to yet:
Take a trip to Alaska to see the aurora borealis.
Go skydiving.
Get a motorcycle.
Read all of Christopher Moore's books.
Go on some brewery tours in Fort Collins.
Scuba dive at the great barrier reef.
Fly on a commercial space flight... you can never dream too big, right?

Date someone special from Colorado, United States. I'll write more later. Right now I'm just looking around and seeing if I want to join this site or one of the many others. I suppose it all depends on the quality of the women who have signed up on this site vs. the other ones.

Meet people from Colorado, United States. I’m a San Diego native who moved to Boulder in June. I had never been to Colorado before moving here but I absolutely love it. The mountain biking and trail running out here is amazing! I definitely feel at home here.
I graduated from SDSU with a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and I currently work at a PT clinic. In my spare time I like to mountain bike, trail run, and generally do outdoor activities. I have reignited my passion for cooking again so I’ve been trying some new dishes a couple nights a week.
I am not a huge mainstream sports fan, I’d rather be outside playing sports than inside watching them. The main exception is soccer. I love to play it but I also love to watch it and try to follow the big leagues the best I can. You get extra points if you like Chelsea, Spain, and the Netherlands (The US obviously comes first but they are never in the running for major tournaments). I grew up playing soccer, water polo, and I ran track too. I race in off road triathlons now to fulfill my competitive drive.
I am deciding what path to take in life but I am leaning towards getting my masters in nutritional science and exercise physiology. With that I would hope to start after school programs to reduce childhood obesity rates. I would also like to personal train and coach triathlons as well.
I’m pretty spontaneous and will go on a road trip, camping, etc at the drop of a hat. Life’s too short to not take advantage of those opportunities.
I don't play games. If I like you I'll tell you. If I want to talk to you I'll call you, if I don't I won't. Life and Dating are simple, people make it complicated, it's really not.
Ok, just for shits and giggles here are some random facts about me…
1. I have a huge leg tattoo.
2. I love Sperry Top Siders.
3. I am obsessed with my bed (Cal King!).
4. I used to play water polo and it is still my favorite sport.
5. I love Mexican food and can’t wait to visit SD again, Boulder is lacking in this department.
6. I want to hike Mt. Whitney next year.
7. I’ve gone skydiving once and I am in love, I want to get certified to go solo.
8. I love science – mainly anatomy and physiology.
9. I am overly sarcastic and it gets me in trouble often.
10. I don’t have cable TV, I think it’s a waste of time.
11. I love craft beer (especially IPA's) and I love the Colorado beer scene.

Date a boy from Colorado, United States. Hello there. I'd like to meet an interesting and intellectual woman who's into music, art, and the outdoors. I like making music, snowboarding and climbing, talking about art, politics and movies. I'm a chronic collector of instruments and I dable in most things rhythmic and musical.
I'm very into trying new things, inside and out. I like museums, but haven't been in a while. I try and collect some wine, but as soon as I meet new wine friends... my 'collection' dwindles. I tried salsa dancing for a few months, and that was cool. I could be convinced to dance, if you promise to wear a nice dress.
This summer I have been climbing, riding my bike, hiking, practicing yoga, fishing, tubing, and generally enjoying the nice weather. Unless I've had a super busy weekend, I try and draw pictures sunday evenings over some coffee. Just looking for a great friend to spend time with.

Meet a soulmate from United States. Hello.
I'm looking for someone interesting, interested in the world, and who likes to be active. Someone with things going on, who wants to share. Kindness, passion, and intelligence are qualities I especially value. Bonus points for any sort of creative activities.
I like to keep busy, and enjoy having lots planned. I try to see shows, movies, or visit a museum frequently. Lately I've been making time to read more - the Times most days, NYer each week, and a novel now and then - and really enjoy that time. Printed, bound media artifacts are still hip in my book. I love living in Colorado and being so close to the mountains, and visit them some. More would be better. In the winter I enjoy skiing (tele), but usually only go a handful of times. I used to rock climb a lot, and am considering starting again. While outdoors stuff is fun, it's not my whole life, unlike many Coloradans. I grew up in Seattle, and the northwest still has a big influence on me. For example, I make coffee with a french press, and like it sludge-like: anything less seems like a waste of time. Also, I love the rain, although I may love the Colorado sunshine even more. Last fall I built a road bike from scratch with used parts and I'd like to do some touring on it, although actual cycling is fairly new to me. I've done martial arts since college, and although I keep it up somewhat, I'm kind of looking around for a new hobby. Maybe you can introduce me to something awesome?
When I was a teenager I managed to spend a few summers in the mountains of Alaska doing glacier research, and it set me on the path to becoming a scientist. After college back east I wanted to return to the west, and am now a graduate student in molecular biology at CU. Two more years of med school await me after my research project is finished, and my goal is to eventually both practice medicine and do research.... I'm an idealist at heart and want to make the world a better place!
While working, I usually listen to music and podcasts - a mixture of indie rock, NPR, and electronic dance music (it's the best combo). KEXP is my favorite source for new music - I wish they had been so great when I was growing up around there. Long-time favorites groups include Radiohead, Wilco, Arcade Fire, LCD Soundsystem, Chuck Prophet, and Modest Mouse, and a few favorite artists of the moment are The Kills, Hot Chip, Blind Pilot, John Talabot. When I have the time, cooking up a great meal is one of my favorite things to do... current favorite cookbooks are Middle Eastern, Spanish, and Thai. Not to brag, but I make a killer lentil stew. My ideal weekend day would be sleeping in, an afternoon hike, and then a long homemade dinner and discussion with friends, potentially with an afternoon nap in an outdoor hammock.

Date men and women from United States. " The possession of muscular strength and the courage to use it in contest with other men for physical supremacy does not imply a lack of appreciation for the better things in life." - Jack Johnson (the boxer, not the singer)
I'm fairly new to Boulder- 2years(but I love it and I don't see myself leaving any time soon) and I'm a bit on the shy side(only for a bit), so I'm looking for an outgoing , active girl to enjoy to soak up Colorado with , I like to stay active and I hope to find a competitive partner who can also be a motivator. I am a bit on the competitive side(I ran the BolderBoulder 10k, Heart and sole half marathon and participated in Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments ) and like to push my limits, so often I go mt biking or hiking by myself so I can go all out. At one point in my life I was grossly over-weight and have since lost about 90 pounds and couldn't be in a better place.
My Family is super important, and we try to meet up at least once a year, My parents live in Jalisco, Mexico so that usually equals a nice vacation.
When I moved out from Cali I left behind many friends, I moved to Boulder in search of a better and healthier life and I seem to have found it. I am just looking for someone to share the scenery with, watch the thunderstorms , hike mts, go out and get crazy for a night and chill/recover the next day together(ei share the good and the bad) There is much more to me but I get bored writing about myself so if you have any questions send me a message ;)

Meet single boy from United States. Well, the Mediterranean sage flowered three weeks early this year, so the last few weeks at work have been a frenzy of trying to find and remove it all. Most people get burned out with it pretty quickly because it’s hot out on the prairie and there are rattlesnakes and griding is hard, but it’s actually one of my favorite things to do at work. Take a typical morning – the sun’s shining, the flowers are blooming, the meadowlarks are singing, and there’s always a chance to find a neat fossil or two while you move through the landscape. I'm working in cool places with cool people doing work that's meaningful to me and nerding it up with great friends on the weekends. If only I could come home with enough energy to work on the novel I’ve been writing forever or upload some photos, things might be perfect. Anyway, thanks for dropping by – you have pretty eyes. You probably get that a lot.

Date a guy from United States. Hi. I work in finance and live in downtown Boulder. I'm from the west coast but came out here for school and fell in love with the mountains. I've lived in five countries and I like to run and play sports. I really enjoy traveling and languages and am always looking to try something new.
If you'd like to learn more send me a message.

Meet someone special from United States. I just moved to Boulder in December because my job got moved here from the Philly area. I'm excited to explore my new town and make some new friends. I decided to try match.com because work keeps me busy and it's getting harder to meet other single people. My friends would describe me as talkative, loyal, laid-back and thoughtful. I have a goofy/sarcastic sense or humor and I'm a self described nerdy hippie.
Things I like: Live Music, Curb Your Enthusiasm, driving with the windows down, The Big Lebowski, putting my ipod on shuffle, 30 Rock, Mumford & Sons, being sustainable, DEXTER, The Usual Suspects, fresh fruit, wheat beers, speaking your mind, Apples to Apples, Scrabble, poker, Band of Horses, watching documentaries, searching craigslist for random stuff, Daily Show/Colbert Show, teaching myself a song on the guitar, making brownies, a rousing conversation, lasagne, adult swim, flipping my pillow to the cool side, thunderstorms, funny movies, people watching, trying new beers, playing with my droid, Arrested Development, enjoying the little things, riding my bike, laughing, finding new music to check out, shooting pool, flip flops, and tattoos.
In my free time, live music is my number one choice. I also like going to baseball/football/basketball games, playing soccer/racquetball/tennis/softball, farmers markets, microbreweries, shooting pool at dive bars, finding new restaurants, museums, casinos, I'm pretty open-minded to all different types of activities. I enjoy going to new places and trying new things as much as possible.
I am looking for someone who has passion for life and doesn't sweat the small stuff. I've never really had a "type", I prefer meeting people to see if there is a good vibe. Being motivated about your career and/or hobbies is a big plus and sharing a "cup is half full" outlook is essential. Having a close relationship with your family and friends is also important. You should message me if you enjoy having new adventures, respect the environment, thrive for live music, and think we would get along!
