Date someone special from Arizona, United States. After residing in So. California for most of my adult life, I moved to New Mexico where I currently live. I realized this was not the place for me, especially after visiting Scottsdale in February, so as of the end of August I will be a permanent Scottsdale resident. I will be visiting prior to that time, and it would be fun to be able to explore some of what Scottsdale has to offer with someone who knows the area. Now moving on…It is always difficult to talk about myself, but what the heck we all have to do it so here goes. Exercise (always) and good nutrition (some of the time) are very important and hopefully to you also. I consider myself slender and toned. Notice I didn’t say athletic because I think that requires some degree of eye/hand coordination which I do not have. Hence, I am a power walker and jogger, and I do it daily. Just like my Nike t-shirt says, “No Damn Excuses – Just do it!” and that’s pretty much my motto in life. Since I will be in the land of golf, I am thinking about giving it a try even though past attempts haven’t been particularly successful. I am looking for someone who loves to laugh. Life is too short to be taken seriously. Are you a good conversationalist, are you smart, and do you have a sense of adventure? I am moving to Scottsdale without knowing anyone, which is fine. I am very outgoing and enjoy getting to know new people. After all, we all have a story and those stories have helped mold me into the person I am today. My family is back East, and even though we don’t see each other often enough I do treasure them for the fine people they are. If you like good food, wine and enjoy dining out as well as romantic candlelit dinners at home, you can count me in. I guess I should write about travelling the world, walks on the beach and trips to the mountains, blah, blah, blah but I don’t want to spend time stating things that would obviously be enjoyable to everyone. By day I'm a health care provider which affords me great flexibility. When not working, being outdoors is my usual preference for most activities, although I do love to watch a good movie and enjoy lively conversations. Really, I don't want to bore you with all the qualities that make me great and special, I'm sure you've heard them all before. You'll just have to see for yourself.
As far as what I'm looking for in a man, I do not have a laundry list of expectations, either. Attraction and common interests certainly help, being easy going, funny & smart would be nice, but isn't it usually that elusive "it" thing that seals the deal? Hopefully we can share some adventures and see if we have that "it" thing and who knows where it will go?

Mine contains milk, yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, eggs, cheese, wheat bread, tomatoes, ice tea, broccoli, ground beef, tilapia and popsicles.
