I have read so many profiles where people go on and on about themselves and what they are looking for. Imagine its early morning. A soft Arizona day. I see the wrens and hummingbirds at their respective feeders out the window and its just barely turned 80 degrees. The world begins to spreads before me as the day awakens. I'm deep in thought listening to KMAL 108. The songs and lyrics of Eric Church, Chris Young and Brantly Gilbert to name a few, resonate in my soul. I wonder yet again as I listen, do guys really feel love so deep and so strong? Can it be true?
So now you know...I am a hopeless romantic.
As far as what I like to do doesn't matter as much as how "we" do them. Are we enjoying each others company? Can we joke, laugh, smile, and play together? I like to dance two step and even waltz. I don't line dance because I prefer a partner. I'm fit, healthy, optimistic, bold, affectionate and demonstrative. I have my ups and downs like everyone but, mostly I'm glad every morning just to be alive. I don't want to be changed, corrected or fixed. I am who I am. I like to travel when I have a chance, and also going out to dinner; (even though I love to cook). I enjoy most all types of music and a good rhythm will find me dancing around the house; but I can be perfectly happy with the quiet of a Sunday morning. I enjoy movies (big screen or not), watching sports (pro or not), fresh air, exercise and fun. Life is busy and full, so I'm not in a rush; but it would be nice to find someone outside of work and family with whom to spend time, share thoughts and ideas, enjoy mutual interests and activities. If it leads to more than friendship, only time will tell....unless it's one of those events when you feel as if you were struck by lightening; then it's kismet, serendipity, fate, if you will.
