Date single man from United States. Hello and welcome to my world. Perhaps I should start by telling you a little about myself. First of all I consider myself to be a funloving, inquisitive type person. I'm always looking to learn new things and am curious about anything and everything I fiind interesting. I'm a bit of a beer geek, Well, ok, that may be an understatement. I have a collection of empty bottles from all the beers that I've tried and actually enjoyed. If you've been to the J Clyde, you may have seen me in there. I'm also a huge sports fan, particularly Alabama football. I love going to the games and went to every home game this year with the exception of LSU ($1,200 for a nosebleed seat is utterly ridiculous). I enjoy the outdoors, am a weather geek and amateur stormchaser (yes, I actually chase tornadoes), and love fishing, hiking, and most anything to do with the outdoors, though a lot can also be said for kicking back on the couch, watching movies, or reading a good book. I'm from Birmingham originally but I've lived overseas for the last three years. I just got out of the U.S. Navy after a 10 year career and have travelled the world, literally. There aren't many places I haven't been. I think you'll find I have a good personality when you get to know me but be warned, I'm shy at first. I'm also unfiltered. I say what I think and have no problem being brutally honest when necessary. That said, if you're brutally honest, that's fine too. To me, honesty is the key to any relationship. As far as a relationship, I'm looking for a serious relationship but I'm not in a huge hurry to find it. I'm open to taking my time, getting to know someone, and seeing what develops. I don't want a friend with benefits. That never actually works. Other than that, I love to laugh, and I enjoy making people laugh. Overall, I'm a pretty cool guy, once you get to know me. So I guess now the ball is in your court.
