For starters, I'm not your typical guy; not in this neck of the woods. So, in some ways I stand out ...in good ways.
About me, I'll start from the out and work my way in.
I'm a little toned but not very muscular. Just enough to flex and show a few bumps here and there. I'm pretty comfortable with my body and I love not having to need a tanning bed. :)
I like jogging (though I've not made much time for that lately) and working out. Not working out to build huge mucles, just enough to have good strength and endurance.
I like food, I eat every day. :) I enjoy a cold beer on a hot day, a nice wine every now and then, and a spirit straight or mixed too.
I like good music like Hip Hop, Hard Rock, but, I also enjoy other genres like Classical, Merengue, Salsa, and Mexican genres and much more ...except rap, it's too negative and hateful.
I love movies, from all sorts of genres. a have a good size collection ranging fom Seven, 300, Elizabethtown, Finding Nemo, American Beauty and more. I love the feeling afte a good movie, be it an inspirational story, a great battle, a good mystery, or a love story.
I believe myself to be a man of values. I value my freedom, my country, and I respect the freedom of others.
I believe in living an honest, healthy, and civil life, but stepping out of the norm once in a while can be a good thing.
I believe in the institution of a family. A child should be protected, taken care of, and mentored. A son/daughter should exceed the accomplishments of the parents. A woman should always be treated like a lady; with courtesy, respect, thoughfulness, and tolerance during some days :)
I like to stay busy, be it work or study or a hobby. This is not to say that I don't enjoy spending time on the couch, but life is too short to waste it laying around.
Oh, I'm not a morning person. I'm not a cranky morning person. I just like to sleep in when I can, but I can get up at 7AM any day without a problem if I need to.
I've had some adventures and a few good stories; I've sky-dived, climbed mountains, driven cross country, I've been in many states, I've swimmed in the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, ...I've had good times. Still there are other things I'd like to do and other places I'd like to see.
Who would I like to find? What do I like in a woman? It's hard to say, because I don't really have a type. For starters, just someone who catches my attention. I'm interested in finding a beautiful woman's heart to call my home. I've dated Latinas, Whites, Asians, and one Black girl; so, beauty to me is more than skin-deep. Values, morals, virtues, character; these are important to me.
I like listening to a woman speak (speak, not make noise). I could listen for hours. I enjoy seeing a woman, while they speak, while they eat, while they listen, ...I don't know, maybe I'm just weird (hopefully in a good way). I like girls who can keep my attention. Beautiful eyes are always a plus; I make eye contact when I speak or listen. Beyond that, long or short hair, brown or green eyes, dark or light skinned; it doesn't matter. I can see the beauty within, but I'm interested in finding love.
Love, but there's a thing about love. It's either there, or it's not. You can't force it, trade it, or demand it. I have had ladies fall in love with me, and I have fallen in love with one or two ladies, but I've yet to love a woman that loves me back.
...I don't alway speak very much (though I can), but I tend to write too much more than often.
