I really do like reading. So, if you are watching sports, I am fine sitting next to you reading a book. But, as I learn the game and your team's players, I just may have the sarcastic need to mock your team when they mess up.... nothing too bad though. I get the guys watching sports situation. Do not disturb- unless you we are both watching or talking about the game. I actually do like learning about my guys's favorite team. It grows on me. I love basketball, hockey (great fights and goons), fast moving sports. I can handle watching football as well. My father was a huge fan of tennis, so I know some of those players. What ever happened to characters like John MacEnroe (sp?) Now, that was a show- temper tantrums and all!
I also like the predictable things like walking my dog, hiking, walking on the beach... I eat pretty healthy, so it isn't hard to find new places to try out. I love Mexican food- fajitas, etc. I'm not a fast food junkie, but I don't mind if you are. Oh, but ice cream is a must!
Weekend getaways are great. There are so many beautiful beach areas and fun things to do in CA so close by, and hotels are fun.
