Who I am: I guess the best way to answer this would be by siting what my friends would say about me rather then how I see myself. They'd say I'm funny, athletic, compassionate, respectful, Humble, friendly but a bit of a loner (I choose my friends wisely), genuinely nice, selfless, fair, tenacious, punctual, hard working, loyal and vary open minded. Those are the good things. As for the bad things, I can have a hard time maintaining focus (total ADD), My car usually smells like dog (I have an 11 year old blind Bulldog I just adopted from the rescue). I'm honest, sometimes too honest. Sometimes I think too much, and I can be a bit of a germ-a-phobe... Weird, but only in certain situations, like at the gym. I'll wash my hands 4x during one visit, yet, I have no problem kissing someone I'm attracted to.....Weird...
Who I am looking for: I have recently come to terms with the fact that I'm not available for any type of serious relationship. This does not mean I don't WANNA be in a serious relationship, ultimately that would be ideal, but I have a lot on my plate right now and it wouldn't be fair to whoever I was involved with. So I just thought I'd get that out'a the way.... So, I'm looking for someone who's funny, in shape, articulate, open minded, experienced in life, HAPPY, respectful, humble and independent. Since I can't say I'm looking for a "relationship", and since my goal isn't to just "hook-up", I find myself in this funky place in between.... I'd like to meet someone that would like to get together whenever we both have some free time, she'd be my mischievously hilarious partner in crime and we'd go from there. Yeah, I hear you, you're saying "friends with benefits" and/or "Booty call", but that's not my intention. - I've been a surfer all my life and admittedly have made some seemingly poor choices based on the surf.
- Kids love me. I have been told it's a result of my "boyish" demeanor, although I AM an adult.
- I listen to most types of music with the exception of Country and Opera.
- I prefer to give than receive. Selfless feels better to me then selfish.
- I have respect and compassion for the Aged. I can only hope for the same later in life.
- I am totally in touch with my feelings and emotions and have a no problem communicating them.
- I'm a morning person and as such I have a lot of morning energy.
- If I ever got rich I'd buy bulk socks and give them to homeless people on the weekends.
- I prefer cooking a nice meal with my girl to going out to clubs. They simply bore me..
- I'm a foodie and as such I'm a really good cook.
- I choose to see life in a optimistically, positive, lighthearted way. What a GAS!!!
