Basically: Pretty easy going person when it comes to living (traffic, stupidity, and spring break in Cabo excepted). I don't ask for much, yet I've been given more than imagined. Very blessed with family, friends, a beautiful son, education, ethnicity, talents, and more.
Colorado: Hawaii will forever be my home and the ocean my Goddess. That said, I've been here 20 and Colorado is equally regarded. Seasons! Leaves don't fall off trees in Hawaii, so fall and the first snow are still super-cool even after all this time!
Career: Careers have their place, but my life is not my career and I'd much rather spend time doing - and fortunate enough to do - other things alone and with the people that I love.
Bonds: People who have a taste for the laid-back combined with integrity, honesty, learning, understanding, and open mindedness. Those who bend my ear are often secure/confident, and avoid rigidity (blah) by embracing their independence. My ear is also available to anyone in need of comort and compassion - indeed.
My son: My son is a beautiful little 2 1/2yr old who left Colorado en-utero during divorce.
The spiritual: Though this is deeply personal... it is, somehow, megaloman important to some people. Setting the pose of this question aside... I, personally, never judge any human being for their embraces. My expectations are in kind.
Misc: The guitar is a third arm. I love to sing. General aviation is a big deal, and I fly as often as I can. Learned 'how' on a snowboard (CO folks get it). Though working out (God I hat that phrase- seriously) is important, health... not testosterone is the motivation. Travel is a main-stay. Mexico grabbed my heart a few years ago, Europe before that, Hawaii a couple times a year, and I of course I take off once a month to bring my son home to CO. Same house 13yrs. 14yr old cat named Kai... he hurles once a week but I've got it covered. Bathrooms are super clean haha. Down's Syndrome sister is more successful than most 'regular' people and I companion with her a couple times a year in HI and CO when my family travels.
