My journey includes mountain biking, hiking, climbing and time at the gym These activities are good for me on so many levels as they allow me to shut out the accumulated clutter of day to day existence - the lapses of consciousness, the waiting bills, the bungled opportunities, the dust under the couch...all if it is temporarily forgotten, crowded from my thoughts by an overpowering clarity of purpose and by the seriousness of the task at hand. I find this to be especially meditative and spiritual. You being in good shape is important. I like to read, play chess, see a good movie, hang out with friends, laugh and make others laugh.
2. Life is not a trial run..I don't get any do overs. I only get one go around in life. I'm very much about spiritual principals and self awareness/improvement, but not religion. I am a flawed human being like all, but not satisfied to be just that. I want to continue to grow along spiritual, emotional and personal guidelines. I am happy by default. My happiness isn't based on another person. I try not to take myself too seriously and can laugh at myself. I love when a woman makes me feel special. I've chosen not to date for the past year 1/2 as I continued my personal growth but I now feel ready to meet someone else.

4. I listen to music much more than watch the tube. I like almost any kind of music except country/western. I grew up listening to classic rock, grunge while in college, alternative in the mid 90's, jazz a bit later. I still like going to concerts, but not nearly as much as I used to. Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Steely Dan, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, John Legend and Amy Winehouse are a few of my favorites.

Good times...and should make for some good conversation. I moved to CO to be close to the mountains and now that I'm closer to the mountains I wish I could spend more time in them. I love live music. I live 10 min. away from RedRocks, which by the way is the best place to see a show. My first show at RedRocks was Stevie Ray Vaughan-B.B. King-Taj Mahal and many after that one.

One of my goals is to go to the folk fest in Lyons, CO. I have yet to do this. Anyone interested in doing that please let me know. With that said and being a Cubs fan, "there's always next year...". As far as sports goes, along with being a Cubs fan I'm a Steeler fan and an Av's fan. As far as basketball, 1)Sixers 2)Bulls 3)Nuggets. My favorite golfer; John Daly. Anyone want to make a wager? Not really I'm not a gambler. Although I do like to play Texas Holdem' and Eucher. Not much of a skier but I like to hike, fish and camping. Pretty much anything outdoors.
