I could tell you I work out but not in a gym... My dogs keep me busy and they need exercise. I won't think twice about painting a room or walking 18 holes. You can count on me to get up on the roof to clean my gutters.. oh what a view... but I have a hard time going to a gym. Fortunately, I have been gifted with a great metabolism or maybe it's from all the brain energy I produce.
