I'm easy to please, especially if communication is present. A simple phone call from the lady I'm seeing would really make my day! I enjoy the outdoors while motorcycling or driving my car on the weekends.
Now, for some more fun, I really enjoy dancing at a non-smoking dance club called Crocodiles located in Modesto, California. I also enjoy music videos (VH1 Top 20 Video Countdown) on a weekly basis.
The lady I hope to "date" should think about the open possiblity of marriage as I've never been married. At 58, I would really desire a devoted commitment of some nature, ie: a stable relationship with its "ups and downs" where things can be discussed calmly;we can work things out to avoid giving up on a "spur of the moment". Life with that "special person" needs care and nurturing to blossom. The best day of the week for me is Sunday morning when I would wake up to Casey Kasem's American Top 40 on SiriusXM satellite radio via the Dish Network. Then, I would turn on CBS News Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood. I do enjoy going out on Friday and Saturday nights. Of course, it gets lonely at times when you don't have someone you desire to share life with. I hope to meet that one special lady with whom I can share the rest of my life with, sooner than later. I do pray daily that God, and Match.com, will match me up with the lady of my dreams by then. Some dreams DO come true!

I incorporate spirituality into my life - always rooting for the underdog and doing my part to make the world a better place.I treasure every moment whether it is at work (which is in the health care profession) or during my own time. love reading both fiction and non-fiction and both long works and magazine/journal articles and poetry. Music is a big part of my life both enjoying it on my own and attending live venues. I love almost all types of music though rap and I have never come to much of an understanding. I also love live theater and am blessed to have three local live theaters in my county. I also find pleasure watching movies - all different types including old classics, foreign films and documentaries as I never tire from learning. I also enjoy the outdoors and love both the mountains in Yosemite and other parts of the Sierras and the ocean. I grew up near the Atlantic Ocean and never tire of just sitting on the beach or strolling along it. I can be just as content being at home, trying a new recipe or cooking a tried and true recipe. I am pretty much a vegetarian though will eat seafood and poultry on occasion. I love trying different ethnic foods and am particularly fond of Thai cooking. I love to laugh and have a good time; a sense of humor is a must!
Who am I looking for? I am looking for someone who wants to be a part of my life and actively share in it - not someone who is going to sit in front of the TV for hours on end. Life is way, way too short for that. I am not interested in relationship games or players. I am looking for a monogamous relationship, one which in which we mutually respect one another and are there for both the ups and downs. Even at my age I am often open to change and always open to compromise.
