I moved to Cali this past year from NYC and truly feel that I am exactly where I'm supposed to be and I am SO grateful for the incredible community of friends and "family" I am a part of. As much as I love to dance or laugh the night away, I can appreciate some down time as well; I'm a huge fan of girls night and host them quite often. I live a very well balanced life, but not too balanced because with that comes mediocrity and I want greatness in my life always ;). I like to integrate and mix my work, fitness, activity, family, friends, meditation, spirituality and health as best I can everyday! I am very, very passionate about nutrition and believe the body is far more capable than we can even imagine. I have dedicated so much of my life, from a work/service perspective to educating and inspiring people to take control of their own health and empower themselves to have the best health ever. I have embarked on an indescribable spiritual journey that continues to go deeper and deeper and for that I am forever grateful. It is so amazing to see where it takes me everyday. Some of my favorite things are traveling, being outdoors, swimming, sunning; playing & running on the beach, dancing until I physically can't anymore, kirtan, triathlon training, yoga, dinners, potlucks, meeting new people, biking all over the west side, adventures with my "LA Family," eating and preparing wonderful healthy food and saying "Yes" to whatever new adventures come my way. Oh and I just learned how to surf, am newly obsessed with beach volleyball and look forward to playing every Sunday and recently discovered the local paddle tennis courts in Venice, so add those too ;)
I appreciate a man who is living the life he wants. A man with purpose and intention. I love my life so much and would love my partner to feel the same - and we can share this with one another. I want to be inspired by my partner and do the same for him! I think confidence, intellect, playfulness, honesty, spirituality and conscious communication are so sexy, also the ability to be open, humble, authentic, sensual and loving too! I like a man that knows what he wants and goes out and gets it or knows how to attract it into his life. A man who values his health, is excited about life and whatever path he has chosen. A man who understands and appreciates the importance of laughter, time with friends and family, intimacy with his partner, openness to new things and who wants to start a family of his own someday. And if you can dance the night away with me and walk into a room full of my friends and feel excited and comfortable then I will have a smile from ear to ear!
