I grew up in the country which has given me a huge appreciation for the outdoors and what it offers. I guess you could call me a country boy haha though you wouldn't know it by looking at me. I am outdoorsy and love to hike, fish, riding horses ( my sis has the horses not me haha) sleep under the stars and explore whether that's by foot or horseback which just feels so free. The sights, the smells, the mixture of the crisp wind and the warm sun, you just can't beat it.
I am athletic and have a huge passion for hockey, a sport I have been playing for a good chunk of my life. I do enjoy exercising and challenging myself physically.
On a lighter note I do have a passion for music. I have an eclectic taste in music and can spend hours in the record store sifting through all the vinyl. Listening to some classics on the record player drinking a nice wine/beer and becoming lost in conversation sounds quite nice to me.
I like to play guitar and sing though my voice is terrible but it's fun to do anyway haha. I enjoy writing my own songs as well as learning my favorites. I have a dream of some day starting my own bluegrass band, just seems so fun to me.
I could keep going but basically I am always down to try new things and do not shy away from a good time. I am looking for someone I can be comfortable with and who can just go with the flow. My lifestyle tends to be very active and healthy. I avoid fast food and RARELY drink soda. Born and raised in Minnesota, I moved out to Monterey to make a go at a career in race car driving. For the last 6yrs I've worked at the Skip Barber School of Racing, now teaching students how to become race car drivers. Winter 2010 I went back to school and earned my EMT certification and I plan to continue my education and become a paramedic. I am now walking down a path that I believe will lead me to a career in Search and Rescue. This last season was spent in North Tahoe working as Ski Patrol, I really like being there for people in their time of need.
I love living, I'm always having fun, and always in search of the next thrill, the next challenge, the next adventure. What I'm looking for is someone with similar values that can be a PARTNER in relationship and a partner in adventure.
