Last year I did live in Washington DC, which is a lovely place full of culture and history, but I moved back to California because I realized that I'm happier out here, where I can spend time with my family and close friends that I have known for years. Although I work in a technical field as a web programmer, I'm very passionate about the arts. I absolutely love dancing and have been doing ballet my entire life. Ballet is a large part of who I am. I've also recently started studying ballroom dancing this past year and I plan to compete in my first ballroom competition this summer.
I enjoy learning about art history and going to museums to see paintings. I like going to the theatre to see performances, whether it's a musical, play, symphony, opera, or (of course) a ballet.
I'm also passionate about cooking. I love cooking gourmet food and perfecting my skills in the kitchen. I like to cook for people, so if you don't enjoy eating food... we wouldn't be a good match. I enjoy going to restaurants and trying out different types of cuisine from various cultures, and I'd like to find someone who is adventurous with that as well.
