I'm currently in the process of moving to LA from Simi Valley for a new job at a solar energy company. I've never lived in LA before and I'm very excited to start this new chapter of my life. So I'm trying this whole online thing because I'd love to find someone to experience it with.
I was lucky enough to be raised in a family where love, honesty and respect were very important. I'm definitely an artistic / creative type of person, although my career doesn't allow for much of it. I think that frame of mind gives me an edge though. Anyways, I'm really looking for an honest to goodness relationship. I want to absolutely adore and be adored by the person I'm with, and be able to be myself 100% of the time.
Sitting at a desk all day has really made me appreciate the time I can get out and do just about anything. I love a good adventure. The more spontaneous the better. I find myself going to a lot of music festivals, art shows, wine festivals, new places to hike, and lately I'm spending a lot of time at the gym as well. I was never much of a "gym rat" but I was in a motorcycle accident in January, so getting back in shape was a priority after I was stuck in a bed for a month. Now it's become a habit and a great way to clear my mind, and stay healthy. Totally recovered btw, this isn't the part of the profile where I drop the "I only have one leg" bomb lol. Believe me I love quoting it. I am a culinary student so I'm passionate about food. I have a big family and they mean everything to me. I love music. I love Star Wars and anything super hero. Though I don't know every single detail about them, I am still a fan. I dislike the color pink, which means I am not a girlie girl. I do like chick flicks, come on I'm still a girl. lol alright let me add a little more. there was a time in my life when I would go to rock shows all the time, I'm taking either back to back shows or a good handful in just a year. And boy do I have so many stories. Let's just say, I can handle myself in the pit. ;) And I don't care who I'm with, I'm gonna make it to the front. So you either follow or get left behind, because when it's a band I really like or have yet to see live you better believe I will make it the front. Oh, yeah and if you don't like the band I wanna see, trust me I won't take you. I do not need a Debbie Downer ruining my show.
Anyways what I don't want in a guy is clinging and or needy. I can't handle it, sometimes it's nice and other times it's like "can I have some space." I mean don't get me wrong, it's nice when your guy wants to be all lovey dovey, but I'm not your typical girl. So if this sounds like you, just forget my page altogether.
So what I'd like a guy to be is respectful, caring, good sense of humour, smart, easygoing, big on family, loves to travel, fun and just overall a good person. And somewhat around my age, because it's nice when you find someone who remembers classic TV or movies that we both grow up watching. I feel I get along well with people who just go with the flow and can make what is an awkward moment funny. And of course singing along to Queen or Journey at any given moment, yes I mean bohemian rhapsody and don't stop believing. So if you don't know all the words I suggest you brush up. Lol alrighty so this is getting long and I think you get the picture.

Date a soulmate from United States. I am generous, caring (sometimes too much for my own good), and enjoy spending time with my friends and family laughing away. I have traveled ever since I was little and love exploring new places and meeting new people. I love animals and want to one day be able to pet a tiger. I did my undergrad at Oregon State University, and my post grad in Australia for Hotel Management. I used to work up at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe as a supervisor.
