I have a renewed outlook on life right now. I realized I don't have to work so hard to be perfect all the time. Sometimes, you just have to let go and be! That's certainly one of the hardest lessons I've learned in the past decade. But without trial and error, we would have no growth. And now that I'm at this point, I have no expectations. Just living life in the moment. Go with the flow. Embrace beauty and life in the world around me.
Of course, I do have responsibilities. First and foremost, my family comes first. Nothing will come between me and my children. Most of the decisions I have made in my life have been for them. I am always learning how to keep a healthy work-life balance, and even a personal life-family life balance. Balance is important to me. I don't like to feel chaotic or out of control. Though things may not always make sense, I need to feel that they will fall into place.
That is where faith comes into play. Have faith that as long as we are doing our best, living our lives as loving and as truthful as possible, then things will play out the way they were meant to be. I don't really believe in coincidences. Cause and effect. Things in our daily lives that keep appearing or strike us a certain way is the universe speaking to us and telling us a specific message. In time, we learn the truth. And the truth gives us the freedom to live our lives in pure happiness, joy and love.
