Date someone special from Alabama, United States. Dancing, playing golf are my fun things to do.and being a friend seems tto be a natural way to live every day. Do a lot of yard work and enjoy being outside. Working out with a trainer and eating sensibly keeps me healthy. Have many friends and treasure them but am looking for that special person to spend quality time with. Have been widowed for 8 years and dating for 6 years. I had a good marriage, but want somebody with new ideas for us to try out. Am easy to get along with and easy on the eyes with a good sense of humor. None of us are perfect so I don't expect that and neither should you. I don't like arguments and don't make demands--let's discuss the pros and cons without anger. Am a very logical and honest person (except for telling everyone that I'm 94) who expects others to be honest, too. Want a Partner that is more than a couch potato and does more than sit around the house and watch TV. I watch very little TV. There is more to life than that, so many activities that are fun to do together. I found that I like to ride on motorcycles a couple years ago and used to drive our motorhome. Also looking for a man whose age is close to mine so we understand what the partner is talking about. Don't want someone who is my son's age and I don't need someone to take care of me. I say it like I see it and am upfront and honest. Will discuss about any subject. Like to travel, but like to stop and explore as we go along. I have two grown children and three grandchildren whom I love dearly and they have busy lives of their own-- don't need me to take care of them. They do live too far away. There are many hours that could be shared with a special man who wants a healthy, active woman to love and be loved by. There is no set agenda in my life that can't be changed if I choose to change it. I want to spend time with that special man and get to know him very well as he will know me...I think that's very important.Let's do the things that we've wanted to do, but needed a mate to enjoy it. You should have some of the same interests as I do: I like to dine out, go to movies (no gory scary stuff please), like to bowl (although I'm somewhat erratic), walking on the beach, walking in the woods, going to little towns and enjoying their flavor etc.. I love to take pictures, especially in the fall of the beautiful leaves turning, so I'll probably always have my camera with me on our adventures...well, I promise I won't bring it to the movies or to dinner :-) You need to be a good communicator, open and honest in your communication, and financially stable. All your baggage should have been checked into American Airlines, never to be reclaimed! You should have a great outlook on life.
