I am a gourmet, and enjoy cooking. I used to cook a lot more than I do now. My best fun cooking is to plan/invent a menu taking into account flavors and textures, contrasts and foils. I like to make dishes with unexpected but pleasant ingredients, and to enjoy that moment when the meal starts and noone is talking because they are too busy with the food! I am long overdue starting to write that cookbook, hoping soon to master the intricacies of e-book production software and to continue the project.
