Fit and healthy (size 4) which is reflected in my lifestyle. Work out five days a week (taught many years). Love to dance and laugh. No room for depression and negativity in my life. I am a happy girl! Self-employed, well-educated, secure. Have done everything on my own from bank mergers/acquisitions to owning & running my horse/cattle farm and several other interesting fields. Give back to community, support the troops and active in charity work. The process of finding that "someone" is both exciting and discouraging, but I intend to take the time to do it...who knows? I’d rather read than watch TV (although I did get hooked on Downton Abbey) and I love movies. Cooking is both my passion and my creative therapy. I putter in the garden partly as a reason to be outside but also because gardening is a connection to my mother and grandmother. I’m at the Y three to four times a week. Staying fit is important to me so I can keep up with grandchildren and travel for a long time to come. Although I don’t want to miss key destination spots, I’m eager to explore less conventional places too. A recent trip to Cuba was one of the most interesting trips I’ve ever taken. Another highlight was a side-trip to small villages in Northern Russia to see the remaining wooden churches constructed without nails (and not see other tourists for 4 days). But I’m as happy camping in state parks as I am jetting off to an exotic place. I love to learn – through travel, reading, stimulating conversation, lectures or performances.
A good partner would indulge my interests while introducing me to the things that are important to him. I hope his experiences and knowledge would enrich us both. Considerate, curious, and sociable, he would enjoy himself in a variety of social settings.
