Some of my passions include being active (hiking, running, yoga, ballet) and traveling (favorites include Greece, Switzerland, and France). I have to admit a major highlight when traveling is experiencing each culture's food....nothing better than fresh, healthy meals made from scratch! (And not so healthy meals made from scratch...) Another big passion of mine is music - especially live music. There's nothing that says summer like going to an outdoor concert on a warm evening.

I think when you take the time to connect with people, and listen to their lives and stories you can learn a lot about life and this short existence. Science is a passion and hobby of mine, if I am watching TV, it's something on the science channel or a documentary. I can't stand mindless television.
