Date a soulmate from California, United States. Well. I'm tired of meeting the same guys in the same bars so here I am.
I'm left-handed and a little clumsy. I love singing in my car, usually to country music. I have a cat named Paisley. I can't use chopsticks, but I love sushi. Disneyland is pretty much the best place in the whole world. I get really excited for football season. I will say yes to frozen yogurt anytime and I refuse to watch movies with sad endings.
I've lived in San Diego my whole life (I grew up in Encinitas). I've just never found a good enough reason to leave (except for a semester abroad in Italy). I have a great job (most of the time), and a family that I am very close to. (Am I over-using parentheses?) I have a small, tight-knit group of girlfriends that I spend most of my free time with. We've known each other for years and we have a lot of fun together.
I do work in the political world, but it definitely doesn't consume me. I prefer to leave work at work. That said, I follow current events and love a good discussion. But I hate arguing and people who are pushy or condescending. You probably aren't going to change my opinions, so why would I try to change yours?
I consider myself pretty traditional when it comes to dating... I appreciate a gentleman who takes the lead. But he definitely can't take himself too seriously. I like to laugh. A lot. And it would be really nice to have a football fan to spend my Sundays with during the season. (Chargers fan not required.) Traveling is also one of my favorite things, I just need a great partner. I love weekend road trips and getting away from it all for a bit.
I don't play games and I can't stand guys who do. What you see is what you get.
Dislikes: arrogance, immaturity, the raiders, people who don't like animals or babies, humid weather, poor spelling and grammar, pessimism .
