I am kind to people. I believe in the importance of compassion. My family and friends are central to my life, with the exception of a crazy work week here and there. And my home is very grounding ... a true reflection of me. I'll be moving again soon (maybe to Pasadena?), so I'll get to live out some of the interior design fantasies I've been considering. This means more trips to the PCC and Rose Bowl flea markets. Since I enjoy surrounding myself with items I love, I can find treasures there on the cheap (usually). I've gotten the dancing bug lately, so if you already do or are willing to learn (salsa, swing, rumba?), it would be fun! I'm more of a TV watcher than a movie-goer. I love How I Met, Big Bang. Mad Men, Sunny, Desperate Housewives (not the reality series) ... it's my guilty pleasure exposed for all to see). And I read a lot ... fiction mostly, but when I find an interesting subject, I dive right in. The bar and club scene isn't me, and although I go to those places occasionally (happy hour usually and for the dancing), I'm happier with a laidback social event.
