I'm a fairly introverted person who prefers small crowds to large.parties where I don't know anybody. I do o.k. mingling and have a charm of my own. But that charm shines in smaller groups. So I've done a lot of game nights and I'm convinced with the right crowd candy land would be a fun game (but Apples to Apples or Settlers of Catan, for the love of god), I like dinner parties and I like cooking for dinner parties and I like sexy kitchen hijinks with my partner while preparing for those dinner parties. (So if you pass on me and you ever find yourself yourself a guest at my dinner party with my future girlfriend, keep that in mind if you get peckish).
I like a lot of different kinds of movies but I could be happy if I never saw a movie away from the Mayan, Chez Artiste, or Esquire. I like dinner at local restaurants and prefer the subdued to the trendy (but City o' City *is* so close and I *am* a vegetarian so I do slip on the v-neck mime shirt from time to time...) I like local bands and the occasional stadium show, I've been to Bonaroo and want to go back. Computer games are fun, well some of them. I do like baseball at Coors field a few times a year, but I'm not a huge baseball fan and it's more for the people watching.
I'm a member at the Denver Art Museum, like the symphony, should go to the natural history more than I do and a general supporter of the arts. I do think Denver's Art scene is a little lacking but maybe you can show me otherwise. Do you paint? You can paint me. I'll even pose nude (it's for art after all). You can be nude, too, just so no one's uncomfortable.
I do like to run, which I sometimes do seriously (I'm a sometime marathoner). I was a serious cyclist for a while, but it's can be a huge time commitment. So now I like to do one or two big rides a year. If I could swim I'd do a triathalon (I mean I can swim, but I can't swim swim). But that's an even bigger time commitment. I don't do competitive sports except for the odd softball or kickball or god help me badmitton, but that's all for fun. I don't do winter sports in spite of living here most of my life. I want to learn to ski and expect I'll love it. Maybe it'll be this year but maybe it'll wait for next.
I'm content with my life and always teetering precariously on the brink of genuine happiness. I just need a partner who's an equal, broad-minded, kind, compassionate, passionate, and continually growing.

I was there a few times this summer to see Widespread Panic,John Butler and Yonder Mountain String Band and also got to go to the Phish shows as well. My music tastes vary from cool chill hip hop some days to bluegrass and jazz other days,i'm kind of all over the board ,basically anything that gets your booty shaking :-) I am orignally from New England (Greenwich,CT) to be exact. But I think i'm a local now after living out here for over a decade. I am a very hard working dedicated person and I try and live life to the fullest. I laugh often and am very optimistic. I think that my smile is contagious, at least that's what people tell me. I just moved to Denver form New Orleans just over a yr & 1/2 ago. So yes, huge Saints fan! I am from the South born and raised... so you'll probably / definitely have the door opened for ya. I enjoy cooking (and pretty good at it), running, being out doors, eating out and trying new restaurants. Also, I do need some down time every once in a while... reading, movies, & just hanging out. Denver is a really great to be right now. I actually enjoy wine over beer. I guess a little more in depth... I really love to travel (I know that you've never heard this before!!!). I like experiencing new cultures, meeting new people, trying new foods (love ethnic foods!!), and absolutely love seeing music live music. - I love Colorado, although I don't ski or board.
- I moved here from the mid-west and can not imagine living any where else, although I wish we had beach front closer.
- I am kind of spontaneous at times, probably more of a "shock & awe" person.
- With having two daughters, I do go get pedicures and manicures with them because they enjoy doing that (I kinda enjoy it also).
- I am not looking to have any more children of my own, but I do love being around kids
- I spend most of my "responsible" time at work and when I have my daughters.
- I love to just have a good time with my close friends and enjoy every moment of my life.
- I like to be obnoxiously positive because it really irritates people that are feeling sorry for themselves.
