Date a man from United States. I have been off the market for 10 years and am at a loss of where to meet some quality lady's. I live life to the fullest whether it be racing, riding bikes, hangin with friends, or jumping off a cliff....But nothing compares to the adrenal rush you get when you meet that special someone. Personally; I am honest, open, and very devoted to my family and friends. I am very bighearted and easy to get along with. Physically; I am very fit and athletic, and very pleasant to the eyes, or so i've been told ;o) I play and coach hockey as well as a variety of other sports and activities. What I am looking for in another is someone with a personna complimentary to my own. Hopefully you are level headed but also savor a bit of the wild side. A sense of humor is a must. I would luv someone who can make me laugh. Being happy is a wonderful feeling! Also I am interested in someone who takes pride in themselves and their appearance, but who is not obsessed with it.
When i actually have to work ;o) I manage a cable company and own an audio/video business. So do tend to be somewhat busy, but definitely know whats more important in life. Just hoping to find that special someone to share many activities together, and/or even just a quite evening curled up together with just each other to enjoy......

My friends would say I'm very responsible, loyal, dedicated and hard working. Family is very important to me and we have lots of good times together. I am very independent and self sufficient. I work hard and try to do my best in anything I attempt. It is time for me to meet someone who would like to share an evening doing whatever SHE would like to do. Meet a soulmate from United States. I have found that common interests are important but common foundation is far more crucial for a lasting & fruitful relationship. I would love to find someone that enjoys the things I enjoy - athletics, movies, hanging out at home playing games, skiing, and going to Rockies games (among other things). More importantly though, I would love to find someone who places the same level of importance on underlying qualities - trust, communication, spirituality, genuineness.
To that end, I hope I can find someone that finds those qualities important. I'd love to meet someone that is an open and honest communicator, someone that loves to laugh, someone that is witty, someone that is positive. I feel I can bring those qualities as well.
I believe looks are important and personality certainly can enhance or take away from physical beauty. So, yes, I want someone who is attractive - else I won't be "attracted" to them!
One other note of importance for me. For whatever reason, drinking is an issue for me. I don't mind at all having friends that drink, being around people that drink, etc. But when it comes to my significant other, I am looking for someone that ideally either doesn't drink, or at least doesn't make it a main focus and certainly doesn't mind that I don't.
This is a forum for finding the ideal, right? The above would be my ideal!
A couple of post-scripts about me:
PS 1: I do have a son who I have half the time and often more than that as I have taken on the primary role in terms of volunteering at school, taking him to the dentist, coaching his soccer team, etc. I am completely open to dating someone with or without kids. While he is absolutely part of the fabric of who I am, he need not control my every move. I have found the balance that allows me to make who I am dating feel like numero uno!
PS 2: Some might ask - what is a normal week-in-the-life...I have flexible work hours selling real estate and being a landlord. Obviously, that takes the lion's share of my weekly hours. I am often training for something athletic - either a marathon or triathlon. If the snow is good, I will venture up for a day of skiing here and there. Certainly, some of my nights and weekends are dedicated to being with my son in some capacity - playing, homework, etc. And I eat at Chipotle about 3 times a week! While some might consider it busy, I will always find time for a significant other.
