I spent a few years in Colorado as a kid and I moved to the Midwest through college. I returned to Colorado over ten years ago and can’t imagine living anywhere else! This place offers so much that I enjoy like skiing, hiking, camping, triathlons, biking, theater, and concerts at Red Rocks. I’ve competed in several triathlons and a half-marathon over the past few years and have really enjoyed challenging myself. (plus it’s a major talent to be able to get out of a wetsuit in under two minutes!). Next year I'm adding Warrior Dash to the mix (let's get dirty).
I’m definitely not into the bar or club scene and prefer an evening of conversation, a movie snuggled up on the couch, dinner with friends, or a fun activity in Denver (have you ever been to the Blossoms of Light at the Botanic Gardens? Amazing! I’ll bring hand warmers if we go.) I love all types of food and enjoy exploring new tastes whether it be in cooking or something different off the menu. I’m definitely a fan of the Colorado teams, but also cheer on my alma mater Gophers and the Corn Huskers (a lot of my family is from Nebraska). A loss by one of my teams won’t ruin my day, however. Don’t believe me? Come on, I root for the Vikings and Gophers. I’m used to being let down by sports teams!
Family and friends always come first in my life although I have a great professional career as well; I am a work to live and not a live to work kind of guy. My best friends are those I’ve had since junior high and high school. And while most of my family lives outside of Colorado, I always make time to stay connected.
I am a consummate gentleman and a sappy, but sweet romantic who enjoys sharing the little things in life with a woman. There is nothing I enjoy more with a woman than the softness of her hand in mine, a great conversation of both depth and witty banter (I have a funny, sarcastic side), cooking dinner together (or I’m happy to cook as it’s a great skill of mine), sharing in something we both enjoy, going to cheer on the Rockies, or being introduced to something she likes to do and vice versa.

A little about me. I grew up in California, moved to the northeast for school , followed by a stop in the Midwest, and settled in Denver, Colorado 3 years ago.
I chose to move to Denver because the city and state have a great mix of people and cultures as well as the year-round outdoor activities. I work in the medical field, and I love to go to work everyday!
I like to ski, hike, and bike. I recently tried cyclocross biking, and I must say that this sport is awesome! I enjoy road biking as well. I can be a home body as well. I enjoy reading, watching movies, and working around the house.
