Not only does it allow me to be near my family but I'm also able to enjoy the outdoors in my free time. I hike, run and ski (alpine and telemark). I enjoy camping in the summer and watching the stars in the sky.
I like to keep up with politics and current events and discuss/debate the issues of the day. I enjoy going out downtown or to some of the neighborhoods nearby, such as Cherry Creek, Washington Park and Pearl Street. I enjoy the symphony and the performing arts as well.

I think it has to do with why I joined Match in the first place. I'm not opposed to fooling around, but I'm on this site to expand my circle of friends. When you get stuck in the hum drum of the same old, you have to seek alternate venues of social interaction. Me being a bartender, I meet a lot of people, but I dont have the time to really talk and hang out with them. So I'm saying I'm in this this time for more friends! I am originally from Arizona, went to college in the Midwest, and decided to find a happy medium here in Colorado. My family is probably the most important aspect of my life, and having the opportunity to forge my own while still being a short flight away makes for a perfect spot. With so much in the world to see and do, having a partner to share it with I think makes every experience twice as exciting. My favorite things to do on my free time mostly revolve around sports. I enjoy tennis, golf, basketball amongst other sports and have considered joining some leagues but only play recreational right now. My main hobby is frisbee golf I play every week it's inexpensive and a easy way to get some light exercise and see the mountains. My current 5 year goals are to travel to Brazil for the world cup in 2014 and to purchase a house with a nice yard(I own a small condo now but would like a yard for dogs and a garden). I am in the middle of trying to quit smoking and hope to start out 2012 as a non-smoker(so far so good). I also enjoy playing video games and watching movies at the theatre or at home. I am not much in the kitchen as far as cooking goes but you can leave the grilling to me. So occasionally I will get a wild hair up the butt and hit up the town and do some partying but those days are pretty much in the rear view mirror.
