I've lived in San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland and now I'm in the wine country. Most days I wake up with a smile, excited about what the day might bring. Meet a woman from Napa, United States. I have travelled many paths in life, some predictable and some not. I try to learn as I go. I hold close those dear to me, let go of what doesn't work and try to live life to its fullest. Part of the fun in heading for the California coast is the drive out with good music and conversation. Maybe it's a picnic on the way out or dinner on the way home. I love to cook, listen to music, and dance...sometimes all at the same time (think: The Big Chill)! I love a perfect Pinot Gris at the end of a summer day. I love to be at a dinner table with a group of friends, occasionally sitting back to watch everyone laugh and enjoy. I love falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.
Yes, I am "curvy" but also quite fit. Alas, there is no category on Match for "curvy and fit". Once work is done for the day, I head to the gym or home for a run. I have trained for and competed in several sprint triathalons and look for fun 10K events to run in. I may not be the fastest runner on the course but I challenge myself to better my time and have fun.
I am a small animal veterinarian in Napa, seeing to the medical and surgical needs of companion animals. That makes me an animal lover who enjoys taking on challenges. My dog, Brittney, is my side kick. An integral part of every day is our walk or run in the vineyard that is next to my home. I enjoy experiencing the changing of the seasons in the vineyard, from winter's quiet to the frenzy of harvest.
