Date single man from California, United States. I make it a point to look people in they eye and ask them how their day is going. I answer the phone with a smile and I always take care of the job with a sense of urgency. Anyway I enjoy hanging out with the guys at poker nights, desert trips, playing golf and "pretending I’m a mechanic". I also can just sit on the couch and watch all my recorded tv shows with a bowl of ice cream and just be a couch potato. I am very proud of who I am and where I come from so I hold that stuff close to my heart. Someday I will put my name on the list of Owner/Operator of the Ranch. I have always been raised to take a man for his word, a handshake is ironclad, don't disrespect your family and never be satisfied with what you did yesterday. As far as the woman I am looking for. I like the "just rolled out of bed look" I find something appealing about a woman when she "thinks" she looks her worst. I find beauty in that. I like petite women and women that aren’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and help me work on my truck or get all dusty off-roading. I’m not saying that you have to be a tom-boy or "one of the guys" I just want to have things in common. I also like a woman that wants to get dressed up and grab everyone’s attention when she walks into the room. One that is willing to take a weekend and go to the desert or jump in the truck and make a road trip to watch the National Finals Rodeo or go to a concert. I want an independent woman who understands that there will be times away from eachother and there will also be times that we dont see eye to eye. I am a simple guy and I don't buy lavish gifts to show affection and I don't believe in buying flowers for every occasion. They are nice at times but they do die in a week or so. I am a meat and taders guy and I try and spend my money wisely, I try not to eat out or party every weekend. I am more of a homemade meal, take my own lunch to work kinda guy. I have worked hard in my career to earn the money I have and I try and make it count when I spend it. I don't fly by the seat of my pants and I always think things through before I make a decision. I am a country boy and I hunt and fish and tell stories. B.S. with my buddies about what we accomplished/fixed/built or broke. As for my future I want to eventually move back to South Dakota to run the family ranch when I retire from the Navy. I am currently stationed here in San Diego, I have my own home, I am financially responsible, I can cook clean and do almost anything. I have a beautiful daughter and she is my sole reason for getting up every morning and work my butt off so I can provide her a good life and a comfortable home. She spends most of her time with her mother but I get to see her quite often. I would like to find someone who will accept me for my ways and appreciate the country boy that I have always been and encourage me to always dream big.
