And since it's a full time job that never ends I figured it's about time I take the time to look for something that I've been lacking, a companion, partner and friend. I'm responsible and active. I enjoy working out several times a week and I'm open to new activities, foods and adventures. My job and kids keep me very busy, but I know I can make things work out with a special person.

I do have one son that I adore that attends college in Michigan. I did have him young, but I raised him right and he has turned out be an awesome young man that I couldn't love more. I miss him a ton, but I do get to see him sometimes while traveling for work. For those of you that have your own kids, you get bonus points. I love being around them, so the more time that they are with you, the better, if you ask me.
For those that ask how old are the pics, I understand why. lol. Mine are pretty recent and I feel that they fairly represent what I look like now. Still the same weight. Please be as well. I hate to say that, but after meeting several "athletic" men with huge beer bellies, I have to bring it up.
A few other notes: I don't care to date men that have cats, I'm super allergic; if you have an ex that you can't seem to get along with and you have kids together, I'm out. Please don't be more than a social drinker or a compulsive liar, we won't be a good match and please don't ask me for phone pics repeatedly before we meet...not my thing. Once we are into each other...I'm cool with it. Now, I must add that I would like someone that does not have or want a prescription for smoking pot. Know I shouldn't have to list all of these things, but apparently I do.
One last thing. Everyone has their own feelings on this. I personally feel that once you have made a connection with someone and you get together repeatedly (say 5x's), you should hide your profile until you see where that leads you. If you prefer to stay on, I totally get that, but skip me. I'm just looking for one cool person to get to know. The others will still be there if it doesn't work out. Take care and have a great day!

So here I am giving on-line dating one more chance. I compare it to a trip to Home Depot. If you go in and have no idea what you are looking for, you could end up spending an eternity shopping. I'm a happy person with great family and friends and a job that I love.
